Profile
I broke my profile, how can I reset it?
There is now a 'Reset Profile' tool that you can use to fix your broken profile. Simply click the "Settings" link in the upper right corner next to the 'Sign Out' link. Once in your 'Account Settings' section select 'Reset Profile' from the left hand navigation.NO PHOTOS, VIDEOS, BLOGS, FRIENDS WILL BE LOST, your profile will simply be reset to the default layout and style and you can build it again.

How do I get sponsored?
There are many factors affecting whether you get sponsored or not. We've created some helpful articles to help you get started. There are also some simple things you can do to better your chances:
- 1. Confirm and Validate your Email. This will make your profile searchable.
- 2. Upload Photos and Videos Companies need to see your skills to make a decision. No photos/videos = No Sponsorship
- 3. Get Active Add Friends, Join Communities, Comment to companies, the more active you are the better the chances of being seen.

How do I validate my email address?
From your 'Account Home' (reached by clicking 'My Home' in the main navigation) check your 'Alerts' in the center of the page. Follow the instructions and then check your email. Make sure to check your SPAM folder to make sure you've recived the validation email. Click the link in the email and you are validated!

How can I buy products from my sponsors?
From your 'Account Home' (reached by clicking 'My Home' in the main navigation) click the 'Sponsorship' in the left navigation. All your sponsors will be listed on the 'Sponsorship' dashboard and those companies that have shops available will have a 'Shop' link. Just click and buy.
