Q&A - Personal

How's Life Treating You?

Life is great right now! My wife and I are having our first kid! It's due October 29th. It has made money a little tight so I have had to cut back on racing a bit but it will be worth it in the end.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

At Angel Fire this year when I went to unload my bike and realized I left the key for the cable lock in the hotel. Then driving all the way to the hotel and back just in time to watch my line leave and to finally leave with the last of the C class. I was able to pass over 40 riders to make it to 11th Overall C and 6th in Open C.

Why do you like this sport?

It's a constant challenge and it doesn't get any easier.

What inspires you to compete?

The constant chance to do better and improve myself.

Employment / Experience Summary

I am a full time Firefighter and have been working for Farmington Fire Department for four years in January of 2010. I love the job because it allows me plenty of time off for family and riding/racing. Plus I have to keep fit for my job so that helps my racing!
