Overview

How I got started

In August 2003 I got my first bike, a Honda XR70, I loved it. I was 10. Shortly after I got a used KTM65. Christmas 2003 I got a new KTM65 and I have been on KTM every since. I started racing spring 2004. I raced in N. Georgia and Alabama in the 65cc (10-11). I rode in my first Qualifier at MuddyCreek Raceway and came in 5th and 8th overall. In November of 2004 I got a KTM85 and I have been doing the Alabama Arenacross series on my 85 and 65.

Goals for the Future

Qualify for Loretta Lynn`s and ride at the Mini O`s and make it to the main. I want to be picked up by some good sponsors

Bio

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

My most embarrassing moment in motorcross would have to be the first time I raced my 85. I was at Corner MX in Alabama and was going down a hill (during the race) I went of the track and into a huge mud puddle (about 3 feet deep) I sunk my bike, the motor was full of mud and I was covered in mud. But not only that, it took them 20 min to get my bike out and they had to get a tractor!!! Fortunatly I have not done that again.

Why do you like this sport?

I have met alot of great people on the road and I have made new friendships with people that like to do the same things as I do.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I have my own personal track, built by Southern Designs and I train everyday. I race every weekend and I am fortunate to have a family that will take me anywhere I need to go to race.

Why do you compete?

Because I love it!! It is fun and it keeps me motivated.

How's Life Treating You?

I can`t complain. I am able to do what I enjoy doing and I have great family support. I would not change anything in my life right now.

Competitive Highlights

2004 Muddy Creek Raceway was my first big race. I had raced alot locally in the short time I had been riding. I came in 5th and 8th overall.

2005 qualified for Southeastern regionals for Loretta Lynn"s

I also participated in the MINI O`S, I didn`t make it to the main, but I will next year.
