What inspires you to compete?

I'm competative and like to race just about anything. You get a great sensation while driving karts and even better when you place well. Many professionals started their carrers in karting and it feels awsome to be a part of this sport

Why do you like this sport?

SPEED SPEED SPEED There is also a high competition level and you must push yourself to do well. I like when i improve my laptimes no matter by .1 second or 1 second. Also you get to meet a lot of nice people and make many friends.

How's Life Treating You?

Pretty good! I have around a 3.3 GPA and get to play hockey for one of the best schools in San Diego. when i compete in sports like hockey and karting, it makes me feel great especially when i score or finish well. It also helps forget bad things that may be bothering you or stressing you out in the meantime.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Currently im on two hockey teams and have 2 practices and 2 games a week. Karting is about the same except i race once a month and will be trying to practice 2 or three times a month. What i say is "practice the way you would play in a game". Dont be lazy when practicing. Practicing hard for any sport is good. Even if you dont notice anything, practice may pay off in the future.

Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?

I like to travel but dont that often. Iv been to Michigan, Hawaii, Arazona, Las Vegas,Florida, Mammoth, and probobly a few others.

Backround

I first drove a kart in 2003 at Amago. In 2006 i raced in all of the FXRacing Enduro events at Miramar Speed and placed podium everytime. While doing that i also held the track record for a period of time. Now i went and searched and just bought a tony kart racer.

Drove a friends kart and never wanted to stop
