I got some redemption on the Playtri Stonebridge Triathlon (sprint distance) yesterday, performing very well and finishing second in the Men's30-34 age group and 28th overall (out of 365).  This was despite an absolute mess in the water, taking nearly 15 minutes to get the 750 meters done.  A horrible case of sighting in the first 200 meters led to this improvment opportunity.  My ride on the bike made up for that though.  Then a solid run to be finish yet.



Next up... Ironstar Half Iron in November and White Rock Marathon in December.
