Besides being a snowboarder and skater, Music is huge part of my life, and I take it very seriously. I am an avid Guitarist, and I enjoy alternative, Modern rock, and classic rock, as well as a little bit of hip-hop.
I am inspired to compete because my number one goal is to have fun and meet new friends, while still becoming a better and better snowboarder/skateboarder. Competition really makes this possible.
My most embarrassing moment was when I was doing a SFH local snowboarding comp, and I started my run when someone else's name was called.
Ever since I was old enough to walk and talk, snowboarding has been a major interest of mine. My first experience with watching snowboarding was watching some of the first Winter X Games as a toddler. Even still, I try to fit some time into my routine to just watch others hit some of the features in a terrain park, to see what I might do better in future runs. I started snowboarding myself at age 6. After fighting with my parents for some time, they finally agreed to let me go on a weekly trip out to my local ski area with a town recreation group. I had a tiny snowboard and I was ready to rock. Since then, I have grown and matured quite a bit, but I still manage to get out and ride every few weeks.
I guess I would describe my style as low key, or chill... my typical day (when I'm not in school) consists of hanging with friends and listening to music, or playing guitar. I love a laugh and I'm just out here to have fun!
