2010 National Series!!!!!

Alright sports fans - here we are just two short weeks from opening day at CJBMX and three weeks from opening day at HCBMX.  Gotta tell ya... I'm totally stoked.  Went to opening day at EHTBMX, but blew a damn freewheel in practice - C'est la vie.  Some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you. 

Anyway, I went to a work party out at CJ and the track looks awesome...we added a roller on the starting hill and it looks like a lot of fun.  It was kinda wierd though, as I stood out there with a shovel trying to mold this new roller, I took a look at the rest of the track  and everything looks smaller and easier.   There were a couple people ridin  and they said it feels the same, but it looks so much more forgiving than I remember.   Oh well I guess we will see on Fri the 28th - thats the first practice night.

I did get a new bike for the new class, bought a Redline Flight Pro XXL - gotta tell ya  - it's like butter.   The cranks roll soo smooth and its ridiculously light.  I hope I can do it justice this year.   So strap up y'all and we will see you at the races!!!!

   OK... So here we are in late February and the sacred time is rapidly approaching.  I've already had my bike out and started gettin it dialed in.  My gear has been cleaned so many times I'm surprised it still together.  I dont know about anyone else but I have been so excited to get back out there, I was ridin in the snow (incidently....NOT a good idea...brought the bike in after a couple of quick slip and falls).   Anyways I spoke to Jeff about CJBMX and he thinks this is gonna be the hottest year at CJ yet.  They had a work party out there today sprucin stuff up.. I was gonna go but my daughter got sick - sorry Jeff.  If you guys and girls are as siked up to get racin... let me know!!! love to have someone to chat with about it!
