Q&A - Personal
Why do you like this sport?
I love this sport because it is an individual sport and not a team sport, the only one you can blame is yourself. If you don't give it a 100% your results will show it, and that takes commitment.
What inspires you to compete?
I'm inspired to compete, due to the fact that I love to race against other racers, and because my whole life I strive to be the best at no matter what I do. This gives me the drive to accomplish my short term goals and focus on long term.
Describe your style...
I am a technical rider, that prefers to ride indoors, where it takes more timming and smoothness. I am also very agressive, mainly because of racing a ton of arenacross throughout my carrer. Check out this video that somone got of me jumping a quad at a race in Batesville,ms.Justin Thompson!

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
I train throughout the whole year, even though I concentrate mainly on the indoor racing, in the winter months. Training for me involves alot of Cross Country mountain biking, 3 days a week at the gym, and putting in a ton of moto's, either sprint motos or long motos.
Some Personal Information About Me:
I am not only a motocross racer, but I have also built hundreds of tracks over the last 5 years, I have also run a motocross camp throughout the summers for the past 7 years, and recently opened my own public practice track called Shady Oaks MX (www.shadyoaksmx.com). I also have a high impact on kids doing school " Say no to drug talks" along with giving young people a place to stay out of trouble with a program that I started 4 years ago with a friend called Mini Thunder (www.minithunder.ca)
