At this moment surfing is my life. I'm blessed to be able to surf and travel. in the past few months I've been to the east coast, samoa, ecuador and the galapagos and OZ. this year I'm looking forward to returning to biarritz for the world championship in july. in the meantime I'm training and enjoying the freedom of my lifestyle. I love to spend time with the fam and my boxer dog ,colin.
I''ve been surfing for so long that I can't remember a time when I didn't surf. my dad is a surfer and taught me. I did my first contest in 96 when I was ten. started traveling internationally to surf and compete in open women's longbording when I was 16. I've had my best comp results within the last two years. last year I placed 2nd in the world championship, and 4th at the roxy jam at cardiff. I clocked a 13.? second noseride during the cardiff event. I'm always trying to progress and to improve my surfing and myself as a person.
in 07 my goal is to put my best into everything I do and not lose sight of the fact that I'm living a dream. oh yeah, and I may have my sights on the podium |
