Jeremy, I sent an email to the NAWfest email address asking if I could compete as a riverboarder with the kayakers. Someone contacted me and said my request had been forwarded to the events director. If that is someone besides you, then please put in a good word for me. I love competing in riverboarding events, but there aren't that many, so I look for other events to stay in shape and have fun. I also really enjoy gaining more exposure for my sport and hanging out with fellow river users of all types of whitewater crafts.
