Instant update...

2009 is under way! I had a good first two laps at US Cup Round 1 @ Bonelli, only to see slip back into the pack with both legs cramping up.

No worries though! I have a plan and am working hard. I hope to get another top 10 at Fontana. I expect there to be more competition, but I also will not be killing myself the day before the race. I am looking forward to the pain! Lets GO!

	Hope all is going ok with your leg to. The doc put me in a knee brace. You are right though, not playing baseball...come to think of it never even liked baseball. I will miss Big Bear which is ok, to much fire road for me. Are you guys going to be up there? I will be up there for the SoCal awards ceremony. Did you have a talk with the mechanic about Allisons bike? My mechanic(myself)did the same thing, just not on race day thankfully. Take it easy.
