Q&A - Personal
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes, I lift Weights and do Cardio: M-F. Saturday and Sunday are break days from the routine although I like to go do whichever I feel most interested in on weekdays and weekends - Ultimate Frisbee, Motorcycle, Tennis, Soccer, Softball, Wakeboarding, Snowboarding, Longboarding, Off Roading, Fishing, Camping. Mostly whichever one comes up.
Music?
Yes Please!
I love music. I play mostly Guitar and Piano. But when it comes to listening - Classic Rock is where its at. I also like any other kind of Rock, Christian Rock, Alternative, Indy, Some Pop, Etc.
What's crazy is that I love Techno when Running or doing Aerobic activities. Feeeeel the beat!
What inspires you to compete?
I love competition, it fuels the drive for increasing personal potential. It always feels good to try as hard as you can.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I do like to travel! Although, I suppose it depends on the experience. I have had some crazy ones..
1) I have driven in complete sheer ice to a destination there and back that should have taken about four hours. Overall to get there and back took 17 hours - in ice and sliding. Talk about off road..
2) Flew to New York. Drove all the way to Oregon. Stopped at famous check points. Awesome road trip.
Employment / Experience Summary
I have a lot of employment experiences - from Teaching and coaching to exercise science and research to retail/business. For what its worth, I have a BS degree in Exercise Science and minor in Health.
