Q&A - Competition
How did you get started?
I got started competing because one of my freinds that I ski with alot wanted to just try one of the local competitions so we both signed up and then I started to do Rail Jams, Races, Skicross etc...
List your competitive highlights:
I got third in 16-under and I tried a 270 on to a flat gap down box!
What are you planning for next season?
I am planning to go to Widells camp on the 7th session this summer! I am also hoping to grow a little bit so that I can finally get adult skis which are way better than kids twin tips...
What has been your biggest accomplishment?

What inspires you to compete?
The insperation to compete for me I think comes from the vibe of competing that you get and the people you compete with that will try to help you out on different tricks. I also like how everybody cheers for everybody else and they all try to set the bar for the next guy out there.
What has been your most embarrassing moment?
My most embarrassing moment has probably been in the Winterfest Rail Jam at MRM. I was going for my second ever 270 on to a flat-gap-down box, I 270'd on to the box and I hit my nuts on the box... IT HURT...
Why do you like this sport?
I like the sport of skiing because when you are out on the mountain it is like you are free and you can do whatever you want. I love that feeling!
Some Personal Information About Me:
I am 14 years old, I am in the 8th grade, I am single, I ski every single day of the season and I go to Colorado every year to ski in Vail. I like to joke around alot with my friends and we have alot of fun!
What do you want to be when you grow up?
When I grow up I am going to go to college in Colorado and apply for a instructor job in Vail! I know that the job will not pay alot but the sport of skiing is worth more than the money to me!
