Saturday, August 4th, was the Winchester Supercross under the lights. we got there around 11:30 and practice started at 2. Womens was up 1st so i went right to the line. Ran an ok moto for a 9th. Then was the 85 qualifyers. Ran a great moto, 3rd to holeshot and was running in 3rd for a while but finished a strong 5th. top 8 went to the main, the other 5 or 6 went to the LCQ. Then was the Supermini qualyfers, ran a 11th. had to go to the LCQ. Then was womens, ran a good moto, for a 9th overall. Then was 85 main, got a 10th overall of 22. In the LCQ of Supermini i ran a 6th, but only top 4 went to the main. Was kinda bummed about not going to the main but i know that i tryed my hardest and was happy with that. Overall good day, had a lot of fun and learned something. Cant wait for the next race!!!

Yesterday, july 21st was the second round 2 of the supercross series. I did my usual 3 classes and womens was up first. we were with the 125 class but were not scored with them. I got a great start and was consistant through out the race for a 2nd overall. Next was Supermini, was 3rd to the holeshot and had a great battle with Evan Copeland, keeping him behind me the entire race. Good race Evan!! Then was 85, decent start, and was about mid pack the entire race. Not sure of the finish but I rode great. Womens again, got the holeshot for my class and lead for 7 and a half of the 8 laps. In one of the corners i missed a gear and the girl behind me took the lead, but i held right onto her, almost passing her, but not quite. It was a good race and a lot of fun! 2nd overall. Then supermini again, ok start, 4th to holeshot. Battled with evan again, but got a 5th overall. Then 85, ok start again, rode better then i did in supermini, but still not sure about the finish. Overall great day and had a lot of fun!! Cant wait for Winchester Supercross at night!!

Yesterday was the 1st round of the summer supercross series. It was at Winchester speedpark and it was my first time on the supercross track. First moto was the 85 , rode ok, got 11th. then was womens, rode a little better, cleared more doubles i wasnt exactly clearing in the 85. Supermini i did better then womens. Supermini i got a good start and kept up with everyone, and rode great. Then we had a 20 miniute break and then they ran the order over again. 85 came up and i was riding better, got a good start, kept in the middle of the pack for an 11th overall. then womens, i was a littlee tired and didnt feel like almost clearing the rest of the jumps so i cleared everything, i was flying. kept right up there for a 6th overall. Supermini, good start and kept up with my friend Evan Copeland, was super happy about that because hes an awsome rider. People were coming up to me at the end of the day saying how great i did for my first time ever on the track. Keep Dino in your prayers, he took a hard crash in the second 85 and went to the hospital in the ambluence. But we all know hes goin to be just fine and we will see him at Mototown USA!!

Last weekend was round 7 of the NEMX series. In my 1st womens race i charged the gate and got a late start. I think it was the nerves, i was nervous that morning and im usually not. But i got up to the pack, came in 7th. Then it was supermini, i had a decent start and kept up with everyone. overall i got a 12th. In the 85 moto i got a great start, great race but the flagger pulled me off a lap early and i, and the people behind me all got DNF's but my dad and nates dad figured it out. I was scored 11th but really got like a 9th. overall of a 9th again int he second moto. It was a fun day. i raced great and felt great riding. Happy Fathers day to my dad!! he puts up with me a lot and i want to thank him.

I'v already raced at Southwick this season and found out i was out of shape.. so i picked up my training routine again for the summer. now, every other day i take my road bike out and go for about 14- 18 miles and on the days i dont do that i either go to track practice ( on my schools track team) or run 3 miles. Then after my bike ride or run i do a core work out that takes me about a half an hour. Now i just found a local trail that leads to a motocross track so every wednesday afternoon/evening ish ill be going there to ride!!! im super exacited about that because there is like no where to ride in NH, and even though i race almost every other weekend the weekends im not i basicaly go crazy. So now every weekend i dont race i will be going to Crow Hill on saturdays, about an hour away. Then theres Lymans track that i cant wait to go to and see all the people, i missed everyone SSOO much!!!!!

Last Sunday we went to mototown and i finished 1st overall in the girls! but crashed pretty hard and really hurt my coller bone... had to go to the hospital to get it looked at but its not broken just bruised. really happy its not broken, that would of ment 6 weeks off the bike and i would of probly gone crazy sitting there knowing i could be riding. In the 85 moto i placed 9th overall and didnt do the second moto because of my coller bone. now i wish i did because i really need the points.... oh well, next weekend ill work extra hard to get those points i lost and get back into the top 6. i cant wait!!!
