What is your Passion?

Dear Madam or Sir:

I would definitely say that my passion is Motocross; It something that is both competitive & challenging.

I’m involved in football, wrestling, & track, a little BMX. When it comes to dirt biking it’s what I do, it’s who I am. During the weekends I dirt bike with my father it’s the thing were always doing & have a blast doing it. We are either at the practice track or racing someplace in Iowa; sometime we even manage to squeeze both in.

I been riding dirt bikes since I was five & started racing just to see if I was good enough to compete. Racing in the 125C class was hard at first but now I realize how important it is to pick your line, be the first one there & work hard to keep it & move toward  the front, as fast as I can. This has helped me become a much more competitive & a wiser rider. There’s something about the jumps & flying past other bikes that makes me push myself to the limit at every place on the track to.

In the 2007 season I attended many races through-out Iowa & raced in two classes, Schoolboy & 125C currently in the AMA point’s standings I’m in 6th in the state out of about 170 riders. With only two races left this season & more then fifty points not recorded’ I hope to place even higher then 6th. My father has ask some “A” riders to practice with me & help improve my riding style by giving pointers on how to get to the next level.

What other activities and organizations are you involved in that we might want to know about?

Weekends I ride at numerous different tracks and I try as hard as I can. I work hard in school to get the best grades I can, I’m a starter in every sport I compete in. I try to carry this positive behavior in everything I do. Last wrestling season I was the 5th place state wrestling champion at my weight (130 lbs).
