Overview

How I got started

I used to go with my Dad and watch him race, then one day we noticed that there were kids racing 1/2 size dragsters....I thought it was so cool . I was only 8 years old when my Dad started taking me to the track. Later that year we rented a couple of Putnam Dragsters, our first time out on the track and my sister won the Bogie Race-Closest to best Reaction /dial in. I did pretty well too, that first day.We were hooked that day and have never looked back. We raced for fun the first year, then the "win monster," Got us. It is not easy to win, but it is great to work for something you love. My sister and I are a team, along with my parents, but the best information you can get on our team is here: www.sponsorhouse.com/members/racing2win

Goals for the Future

To go to many National Events both NHRA and IHRA, attend more car shows and parades. Hope to get sponsors that will appreciate our value so we can pay for our expenses...

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

The thrill, being able to do something well that I love. Being with the friends and families I have met at the track. Racing is a challenge. My family and I like racing so much and we love challenges, so racing is perfect for our family team.

Describe your style...

I do not give up when things go wrong. I do not like losing, but I can deal with it and it might take a little while to get over a loss. I try to figure out what I did wrong.I know that I am a good racer and that I can improve with more seat time and practice.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

My sister and I usually practice everyday, Always hoping to perfect our reaction times. We race almost every weekend from March to November. Again, you can go to sponsorhouse to get more detailed info at: www.sponsorhouse.com/members/racing2win

Why do you compete?

I love winning, but I also love the time I have with my friends at the track and my family. There is something awesome about being in a car that moves fast , seeing the lights come down and taking off. Seeing the win light come on is also the best feeling in the World...You come to the realization that all your effort and work meant something

How's Life Treating You?

How lucky can I be ? I have two parents that devote their time to me and my racing, they love me and it shows. Even my sister can have wonderful moments because racing just makes her that way. And I am pretty sure that when she`s not ticked at me, she loves me. I have a strong faith in God and am thankful for all the love and things I have.School is hard, but so are a lot of things, so life is Great.
