I would also like to thank AJ Waggoner from Service Honda, and Service Honda of Hammond, IN for the help I have received this year. They have been a great addition to my list of sponsors. They not only sell Honda parts, but Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki parts too. Check them out at www.servicehonda.com KMA sales in Venice, FL for the help they give me. www.kmasalesinc.com My profileWell a little about me. I have two great kids who live with me about 4 days a week, one who races right along with me. We've decided between my son and I (and soon my little girl) to start racing a bunch more. I've been racing MX for about 15 years and after a few get offs and expensive disappointments decided to call it quits. I started building race bike suspension for a living and eventually partnered up with another guy. We strive on building great machines and also do general repair. Last summer, in 2007 after getting invited to ride the Perry Mountain 24 hour challenge I got hooked on riding the woods. So I started setting up my Service Honda 500AF for that. I loved the bike but never came to terms with it in the woods. After a few races I started borrowing bikes in my quest to become a better woods racer. See, when I first got started in FTR they bumped me right to AA class because I held a pro license in MX/SX. I wanted to race and ride other bikes to determine if I should get another machine or if my 500AF was good enough. I decided it was time to go. I now have a YZ450F and love it. I hope it will help me get more towards the front of the pack. These guys in AA don't play around. I sure miss my 500AF, and if it's not the bike than I made the biggest mistake in my racing/riding career by getting rid of it. Only time will tell.

3/4/2008, Trtion GNCC in Melbourne, FL. This was the roughest, toughest, gnarliest off-road race I have entered so far. It was tough not being able to see the course by riding practice first, My bike usually has alwasy started in 2nd gear with the clutch disengaged. Not this time, the flag flew and I was left kicking. Along with Garrett Edmisten and David Knight. Although those guys are much faster and mustered through for great finishes, I couldn't have been so lucky. I crashed crossing a log halfway through the first lap and when I hit the ground it popped my bad shoulder out of socket. I sat there for a little while waiting for the pain to subside. I finally was able to go but was only able to pull off two more laps fo a total of 3. The pain in the shoulder was a bit much. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
