 Heyy, Now that is winter and i cant ride i have been training and started eating very healthy.

I have been going to the gym and doing push ups, Crunches, wall sits and other exersizes

at home. Befor every work out i strech for 5 minutes. I am trying to get as prepared as

possible for next season on my new 125.
