End of 1st Season....
Well, we have really enjoyed our first season of racing! Will has Loved MX since his first day riding on a track. We began following the GCQRA about halfway through the 2007 season. We have learned so much and Will has worked very hard to become familiar with all the new tracks.
When he ran his first race, he was right up there with the top 2 riders in the Jr. PeeWee class. He came in 3rd out of 5 riders, and has remained a threat to them throughout the season. We will be working to get him in first place right off the bat for next year. He has the Holeshot figured out! He just needs to realize that the others will still be his friends if he passes them up on the track...He's so considerate...he has no problem blasting past the unknown riders during practices in Beaumont and Conroe!
Anyway, the whole family has enjoyed racing with all of our new friends and look forward to another great year of racing...
