Now, here's our dilemma with situations like this... and more so why we are happy to have people like this leave.  Now, we aren't going to be negative or make fun of this person but simply lay out some simple feelings.

1.  Prices are too much, they say?  Well, I don't know too many places you can get a high quality 100% bamboo deck + grip tape + stickers + zine for $28.   In fact, I don't know anyone who can provide that right now...

2.  Better stuff - What does that entail?  I assume this other company cuts off their left arm for you.  Who knows?

3.  Complicated?  Hmmm....  If one reads their contract and follows the instructions - it is pretty simple.  Also, if one reads the broadcast messages - they would be informed.  Also, if one visits our profile, as well as our website, then one would be informed even more as to how things work around here.

Look, I don't know what else we can do but I'm really getting sick of people like this and I'm happy to remove them from the team.  Nobody wants a bunch of whiners on their team anyways!!  We want positive people who really believe in what we are doing in the same way we believe in what we are doing.  We are continuously responding to emails, taking each of your feedback, improving the decks, improving the website, improving the loopd profile, etc.

If we could give each of you a free deck or shirt - we would love to, but we obviously can't afford it.  None of the pro brands can afford to do it either...  What we can do is support each of you and give you a deep discount.  Then, it's on you to move up the eco tribe levels and get even deeper discounts.  From time to time, we do send out a free deck and shirt....  We put together various contests for you to win free stuff.  Trust that we are doing what we can do...  we still have to pay rent, utilities, employees, bills, etc.  There aren't very many deck manufacturers putting in what we put in to this industry...

thank you kindly for your support,
Dr. Bamboo
