Biopsy results show my husband has stage I bladder cancer. Doctor thinks he got it all out on Monday's surgery. Husband will go through 6 weeks of immunatherapy after he recovers from surgery in about a month. Pretty good news, at least he won't have to go through chemo or radiation treatments. No biking, running until the stent comes out end of December.

Then I'll be doing my first ever half ironman duathlon at Miami Man on November 8. Then duathlon season shuts down until February. Doing a couple of half marathons during the "off" season.

Hello everyone,
I had a great ride on Sunday, April 19, at the 2nd annual Pedal for PAL ride. I did the metric century option with my husband, and members of our On Your Mark bike club.
I've posted up full details to my Bike Diva blog: Windy Ride at 2009 Pedal for PAL Bike Tour.
