I am a freelance writer of cycling, fitness, training and nutrition articles. In addition to all the athletic events I participate in, I also write sports related articles for a variety of websites including Bike Diva, Charity Mile and Charity Fitness Events. I can give your company maximum exposure through representation at all the races I participate in and through articles I write for the aforementioned websites.

Here's my wish list of cycling, running and duathlon gear I would like to acquire in the next few months. If you are a company that makes any of these products, please contact me so we can work out the details of a sponsorship contract.

Hello everyone!

I participated in a 16K time trial on Sunday. It was part of the West Palm Beach Race Series, held out in Belle Glade, Florida. I won 4th place in my age group - YEAH!!!!

A quick shout out to some of my sponsors; here's what equipment/supplies I was using at the race:

Rudy Project - Syton supercomp time trial helmet
Sock Guy - aero booties
Tech Sox - lite sport sox
Nuun - citrus ginger hydration tablets in my water bottle to drink on the way to the race
Motor Tabs - fruit punch electrolyte tablets to drink immediately before and during the race
Fluid - recovery drink for after the race
Freestyle - Solstice watch worn to the race to make sure I got there on time!

I'll be writing a detailed review of the race for my Bike Diva site.

Take care,
Lynn Smythe AKA the Bike Diva
