How I got started

I started riding quads when I was 3 on my Honda Fourtrax 70, moving up to a Yamaha Blaster when I was 7, and onto the racetrack at age 10. Currently at 17 my race quad is a Power Yamaha/ DTR Racing prepared YFZ 450.

Goals for the Future

My current goals for next season include top placing in the Northwest Winter Challenge series, top 10 placing at round one of the GNC series at Glen Helen Raceway, and attending 3 to 4 rounds of the W.O.R.C.S. series if possible.

Bio

Some Personal Information About Me:

When I am not racing, I like to racing fiftys with friends, skateboarding , and make sure my quad is clean and prepared for the next weekend of racing. Exercise and weight training several times per week keep me in shape for long tough motos

Describe your style...

My style has been called very smooth, fast, and in control. When I am riding, I am having fun on and off the track, and that shows up in my style.

Why do you compete?

I race my quad because it allows me to express myself as an athlete. The adrenalin rush from the competition and knowing I am the one in control and making all the decisions cannot be beaten, and the racers and families we meet at every event are awesome.

Competitive Highlights

My current racing highlights include winning the overall Salem Arenacross 200cc(Blaster) class high point trophy for the 2003-04 Winter Series, placing first in class and eighth overall out of 77 teams at the Eddieville Quad 4-Hour Team Race, and second overall at the Philomath LC Freestyle Quad Pro/AM Challenge right behind one of my favorite riders Keith Marx. 2005 highlights include Salem Arenacross Quad Intermediate high point trophy, second place overall in Quad Expert for the Northwest Winter Challenge series, second at Oregon Dunefest Sand MX, and a win in the Open A class at round 6 of the W.O.R.C.S. series, followed by a fourth in the W.O.R.C.S. Pro/Am.
