How I got started

When I was 3 years old, I pointed at the TV and told my dad I see the "Home Depot" car.  Dad asked me, "Who drives that car?", and I answered "Tony Stewart."

On my 5th birthday, dad bought me a race kart.  I've been hooked ever since.

Goals for the Future

We reached many goals in 2007.  I won the PKRA Cadet Championship in 2 classes.  I finished many IKF Region 7 races in the top ten which gave me a very close top ten standing in the points.  (A far cry from the previous season.)  I tried my wheels at 3 Stars of Karting events incuding the Finals in Las Vegas, and considering we are total "privateers", we did very well.

We expect to kick some butt in 2008.  We have 5 Championships to reach for:  3 Championship classes in IKF Region 7, one Arizona State Championship and one California State Championship.  If we have the funding, we'll shoot for the IKF Grand Nationals at Santa Maria.

What inspires you to compete?

My dad and Tony Stewart. I just love going fast and turning hard.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I like baseball and fishing and camping with my dad.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

My dad brings me to the local track in Phoenix twice a week to practice. I play little league in the spring and the fall to stay in shape.  I ride bikes, skateboards and run with my dad.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

A race car driver like Tony Stewart, or better.

April 2008 - Personal best IKF weekend - 5th place in Junior 1, 4th place in Rookie Sportsman and 3rd place in HPV cadet.  Perris, Ca.  (3 podiums)  Also, started on the pole in Junior 1, started "off' pole in Rookie Sportsman and won heat race in Rookie Sp.

March 2008 - Personal best finish in IKF race, 4th in Junior 1 at Primm, Nevada.

December 2007 - 2007 PKRA Cadet Champion in two classes (HPV1 Cadet and Rookie Sportsman)

May 07 - 8th place finish at Grange Kart track (IKF Region 7, race 4) in HPV class. Holding onto top ten points positions in IKF Region 7

March 2007 - Breaking the top ten barrier with 9th in HPV1 cadet and 8th in Junior 1 Comer at Primm, NV.

December 2006 - 5th place finish at WKA Manuf. Cup West event at Adams Kart Track in Riverside, Cal.

November 2006 - 2nd place finish at WKA Manuf. Cup West event at Phoenix, AZ.

July 06 - 2nd Place finish in HPV1 cadet class at PKRA in Phoenix.

June 2006 - 2nd win in HPV1 cadet class at Phoenix Kart Racing Association in Phoenix, AZ.

April 2006 - 1st win in HPV1 cadet class at Phoenix Kart Racing Association in Phoenix, AZ.

2004-2005 - 2 Kid Kart wins at PKRA in Phoenix.
