Q & A

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I get up at 5:30a.m. and jog and do push-ups and sit-ups. Then I got to work until 4:30 then when I get home I workout for 2hours. Then when the weather is warm and the days are longer I go and ride as much as I can.

Why do you compete?

I compete because I love to race. I want to race the best and when you win, you beat the best in the world.

Describe your style...

I was taught by Freddie Spencer to be smooth and consistent. So I try not to be incosistent but to be as smooth as possible and race the track.

How I got started

When I was 8 years old my father took to the Springfield Mile. When the bikes came out on the track and I saw Ricky Graham out there flying around like he was on a bicycle. I knew that is what I wanted to do. When I was 19 years old I got my own bike and I started Flattrack Racing.
