Hey people this is me. I just thought that i would give everyone an update. I just go through running my first area qualifier for this year.Of course for practice friday it was awesome! i turned a decent lap time could have done better. Then we woke up saturday morning and it had rained all night and i ran practice to see how the track was since it was muddy. Of course the black dirt at paradise got very slick and very deep ruts. First moto come around and i ended up with the 2 moto on the race order. It was still raining and the track was getting worse. Anyways, i pulled the hole shot and stayed in first for bout half a lap then i went down got back up in like 10th then i charged up to 6th and went down in a corner. After that for that moto went down hill. After a bunch of layovers i ended up in 12th when it was said and done. And then my next moto in supermini 1 i just kept in my mind to stay up and be steady i did so and finished 5th. 2nd motos come around and then it stopped raining and i the track was just really deep now. So after that moto was over i got like 6th or 7th and ended up with a 9th overall. Well then i raced my supermini1 moto and i did pretty good got the start and done good ended up 5th. with A 5th overal. So i qualified for supermini1 but not supermini2. Well the plus side of the weekend is i got the holeshot every time i raced. But i just thought i would give every1 an updater so i will holla back at yall later!

Hey,

I just thought that i would let everyone know that i finally got back on the bike 9/4/07 at warrior mx park. The track wasnt that great but i made it work for me. Before i get further into that the reason that we took a few months off was for a couple of reasons: #1: We are trying to get enought money so i can race at Mini O's. #2: i was gona take some time off and try to do some things that i never got to do before cause i was racing constanly, no regrets though, i just wanted to try a few things. Well after i done a few of those things i find out that there is a reason that i race motocross it is what i am. I tryed a few other things and it just didnt feel right. Then, i come home and told dad lets start hitting it hard again, as far as practicing goes. He said ok. Well the next day we was riding back from school, he picked me up, and i asked him when i was going to ride again. He said that we are going to ride tonight! i was so pumped i was ready. Now back from where i left off before he had to run to decatur and get some stuff. We left about 5:00 we were making descent timing he considering. Well we showed up and we thought we were late (it takes about 30 min. to get there) they moved the time we were early! Wellk, the night started and the track was a little muddy, that did not help my confidence much. After i got on the track, i started to get some of it back.

My plan between now and Mini O's:

  1. Get back in the groove

  2. Work my butt off

  3. Work on technique

  4. Pick up more speed

  5. Set my Head right

  6. GET STRESSED

  7. HAVE FUN!

P.S. More updates to come........

Hey, yall it is me again. This is kind of late, but better late than never. I finally got my cast off and have started back training. We went back after 3 weeks and she said that the growth was going good. But I would have to stay in the cast for another three weeks. Well, that was ok then the doctor come in and said that i need a diff. cast. That was ok. Then i went back and finally got my cast off! I am back training hard and racing, i will be back to par in no time.

Thanks to all the people at the TOC, and my sponsors for still supporting me.

My week at MTF.

When I was at MTF(Millsaps Training Facility) I rode Sunday for practice at MTF; I then went through Monday and Tuesday morning. In the morning, we rode a moto and hit a kicker in the jump and flipped over the handle bars. I broke my left wrist and popped my elbow out of socket with a contusion in the same elbow. I stayed for the rest of the week and listened to the instructors during the lessons and soaked up as much information as I could. I still went to the GYM the next day and worked my  abs and legs. I plan on being back on the bike very soon and will be training my but off and going to LL qualifiers.

The training up there was awesome and I had alot of fun I cant wait until I can get back out there at MTF and train.

Thanks for everything that guys have done for me at MTF, Pete, Mrs.Colleen,Brian Johnson,Nate, the fitness trainers, and all of the people at MTF for helping me out. Also, thanks to the guys at the TOC!!!!!

What up, just  got back from Chandler Mountain and man was it cold. We had a great practice on Friday and the weather was great. A cold front moved in over night and man it was cold.

Well, the first moto went ok, I did not get the hole shot but my team mate Kasey Jones did and I was behind him. The moto finished the same. Props to Kasey for the win.

Supermini is always tough considering I dont have a supermini yet. Pro works will be building my supermini as soon as my 2007 comes in, anyway, I was about 4th on the hole shot and finished 5th.

The 2nd 85 12-13 moto was not that good. I got second on the hole shot, Kasey was on fire. I held 2nd untill the last lap. I battled with Chase Glasscocks the entire moto. Chase got me when I took a bad line in a turn. I got a 3rd overall

The last super mini class was about the same as the first I got a 6th overall.

This weekend we are going to an Alabama State Series race at Deer Run MX. My good friend, Stick Melton owns the track. Check out Stick pics 14.com.\

We went to Big Cedar MX in Valley, AL this wekend and Im here to tell you the track is awesome. I started out with a great pratice with fast lap times. The motocross gremlin then showed up.

1st moto I pulled a great hole shot and came around a left hand turn and end od on a hugh breaker. Bike went one way and I landed on top of it and hurt my right leg. After getting my thoughts back together, I attempted to finish the moto. I realized that I could not lift my right leg. I limped back to the trailer. I did not run the 1st supermini moto, my first DNS.

My Dad showed up late to the track and then the MX gremlin struck again. Dad found a wheel bearing was bad on my mod bike. Dad got it fixed and got me to the line on time for the next moto. The throttle sleeve came loose in the first turn, this was not fun. By the time we got it fixed the race was over, my first DNF. The next moto my front brake perch broke, I finished that race but it was not pretty.

This weekend was filled with a lot of first, but not the first I like.

I am not sure were we are heading this coming week end, but no matter were we go I will have better news next week end.

I have to give props to all my sponsors, please check out my profile to see them all.
