The next series is the Florida Cup which consists of 3 races at the Homestead-Miami Karting Facility in Homestead, Florida. The races are on January 29-31, February 26-28 and March 12-14.

In the Final race on Sunday, October 11 at Oklahoma Motorsports Complex for the Championship Karting International Race Finally Evan Komar would start 7th but get collected in a crash at the start moving him back to the 9th spot  but would get going again and made his way back up through the field to finish the race in the 5th position, making him 6th in the points standings.
