Well lets start with.... my name is Kevin Schofield. I am 15 years old and live in Maryland. It is a pretty cool place and some decent spots. I love to skate it is my life. I started skating at the age of 9 and have not stopped since. Skating has provided so many benefits for me it has given me something to do I mean if I was not skating I do not know where I would be. I would like to thank my current sponsors ( grind king, Marble Wheels, and Spy optic) for giving me the break I needed, For that you guys are the best period! People say they love me because I am funny and easy to get along with but i do not know about that so, I guess you all are just gonna have to get to know me.

Q&A - Personal

Why do you like this sport?

I like this sport because it has provided me the way in life to shine. I love it because when I am stressed or angry I can grab my board and forget about everything except for me and the next trick. Skate3boarding has provided a better direction for me if not I would probably be out doing drugs and getting in alot more trouble with the cops then for just trying to skate a sick spot. I just love the sport for what it is.

Describe your style...

Uhhh.... I would have to say laid back and let things come naturally. I am not one of those who gets mad and throws a hissy fit when I can't land a trick or two. I guess that's just me in general life too.

Music?

When I skate it has to be harder rock it just influences me to go big. A recommendation for skating would be a group called All That Remains. But I listen to anything that influences me.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I wouldn't call it training but a lot of the times if I feel I want to practice a new trick before hitting the streets I grab the soft trucks until I feel comfortable with that trick. Other than that just grab a monster, some, music, my board, and camera, and skate everyday:)

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

It would have to be when my boy Alex was filming me and i went to 360 flip down a 6 set and my jeans tore open and and as the security guard pulled up he saw the ripping and made me walk home with my jeans completely ripped in half. So I was walking down the street with half my pants on:(
