Overview

How I got started

I got started in September 2001, when I was 9, my little brother got his first bike for his birthday. I rode his bike when he let me and I thought riding was the coolest thing ever. A month after my 10th birthday my parents finally got me my first bike which was an XR80. In April of 2004 I had competed in my first hillclimb and I`ve been doing it since.

Goals for the Future

I am planning to finish top 3 in the classes that I compete in at the hillclimbs. I am also planning on moving up a class and racing with the boys again.

Bio

Why do you like this sport?

I like this sport because its very fun and you get to spend a lot more time with your family!!! I get to meet people from all over the country. I love the feeling of being on my dirtbike and riding, it's awesome! I wouldn't ever want to lose that feeling! It's great and I don't know what my life would be like if I didn't get to ride. And when I'm on my dirtbike I feel as if I'm free from everything else and the only thing I need to worry about is how I am riding!

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am 17 years old. I am now a Senior in Highschool. I try to do the best I can in school to get good grades, if I don`t get good grades then I don`t get to race and that would not be cool . I'm an athletic girl, I play soccer, I run, swim, ride my bike, and I used to play basketball. I also love demolition derbies! My dad has been doing them since he was a teenager, so I've pretty much grown up around them and know everything about derbies! Jet skis are fun too! All around I'm a nice girl and I pretty much get along with everyone I meet! If you ever see me at the races or anywhere riding stop by and say hi!

Music?

I love listening to music!!! Since I`m always on the road I always need to take my ipod with me or have my parents put the radio on!!! I listen to all types of music, mainly rock and rap!

Why do you compete?

I compete because its very fun and I love the competition!!! I also get to meet a lot of new people and I have friends from different places!!! The competition is the best part because everyone you go against is very good and you never know who will end up winning in the end!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

When I grow up I would like to be a pro motocross racer or a pro motocross hillclimber. Either one of those would be great, but I would really like to go far in motocross racing because of the WMA. In hillclimbing they don`t have a pro class for the girls. It would be awesome if they did because I would deffinitly go pro in that if I keep doing well. I guess I will just have to see how good I get in both track and hillclimbing then I will decide. I would like to have some kind of job in the motocross industry when I get older, I hope to have my own gear company or something like that !
