Q&A - Personal

Why do you like this sport?

I love this sport because it has so many variations that you can never get bored of it. With Freeride, Downhill, 4X, Dual Slalom, Super D, Dirt Jumping Street and more. I love every moment i am on my bike and I love to try and innovate new lines throughout the trail, course, or the streets.

Describe your style...

My style is mainly trying to be as flowy as possible and trying to make everything look easy and smooth. I would prefer to have a great feeling, smooth looking trick or line than some rushed maneuver that looks choppy. On the race course I push my own limits every-time and i am always looking for the new fastest time.

What inspires you to compete?

I love this sport in all aspects and I think that competitions only help further the sport and push the limits of all riders. When I compete I thrive to do the best that I can and to do my best to beat the opposition or clock. I love the feeling of the podium and recognition for a job well done

Music?

I listen to a bunch of stuff but mainly Hip Hop, Techno, Rap (I love remixes when they rap over a techno beat). Right now i have some Biggie and Wale on top of my playlist but love the occasional smoother song and some rock to even things out.

How's Life Treating You?

Life is treating me pretty well lately. Been on my bike allot and I've been starting races way earlier than usual. I am getting good results and learning tons of new tricks and gotten allot faster in the early season. I can't wait till whistler opens so i can get some sick laps and shots down!
