How I got started

I have been riding since January of 2003 and by April of 2003 I turned Intermediate. I turned Expert in February of 2004 and upon completing the 2004 season have had 22 First Place finishes.

Goals for the Future

My goals for 2008 is to race the the Buck Hill Mountain Bike Series and to promote my sponsors. Since I am new to mountain bike racing, it will be a interesting learning experience just as BMX racing has been. 

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am in the 5th grade at Northport Elementary in Brooklyn Park, MN and I am reading at 9th Grade Level and doing math at a 6th Grade level. My last name is usually pronounced wrong, the G sounds like a J. (Win-jet)

In 2005, I earned a State Championship Plate #2 and finished 5th in my district.

In 2006, 3rd place both days at Gator Nationals., 3rd place both days at Cornhusker Nationals, 1st place both days in both Open and Class at Land O` Lakes Nationals,

In 2006, 1st place finish in the 2006 Minnesota State Championship Finals giving me the 10 year-old State #1 title.

In 2007, 3rd place finish in 2007 Minnesota State Championship Final, I was able to repeat the State #1 title, but this year in 11 year-olds.
