Overview

How I got started

In 2001 my brother began his career in motocross. I traveled with my family and decided that I wanted to give up dance classes for a motorcycle. I began racing a Suzuki RM 85 in the Womens B class in 2002 at the age of 11. It was late in the season so I only raced a couple of times that summer. In 2003 I raced the entire High Country Motocross Association (HCMA) Circuit, which consisted of approximately 18 races, finishing 2nd overall and advancing to the Women`s A class where I finished 6th overall. The 2004 year was a good year for me too. Again, racing the HCMA Circuit along with any other races that my family could get my brother and I to. I finished 4th overall in the Women`s A class. I also was able to attend the Washougal Nationals where I raced in the Womens C class finishing 15th overall. The 2005 race season was alot of fun. I finished 3rd overall in the Women`s A class in the Montana Circuit. I also attended the Washougal Amateur Nationals for the 2nd time. I rode in the Women`s B class and did very well.

Goals for the Future

By the end of the 2007 season I plan on advancing to the Pro division of the WMA. My parents would like me to spend the majority of the 2007 season racing the bigger Amateur events. We plan on going to the World Mini`s, Ponca and hopefully Loretta`s. We will also be racing some of the other NMA and CMC races in Washington State. I plan on managing my career in motocross to the best of my ability and working on getting as many sponsorships as possible to help my parents with the expense of reaching my goal.

Bio

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am fun loving and happy all of the time. My parents have taught me to enjoy life, keep a positive attitude and give my all to everything that I try. I take racing very serious and plan on becoming a WMA Pro MX racer. I take pride in doing well in school. I am an honor roll student. I am very goal oriented and work very hard to achieve them.

Describe your style...

I think that I have a very unique style. I like dancing, singing, modeling and my dirt bike. Most people don`t believe me when I tell them that I race motocross. My signature color is pink. I have pink gear, and have had custom pink graphics made for my bike. I spend hours polishing the chrome on my bike. I can do my own bike maintenance. I am girly off the track but when I am on the track I mean business. I am persistant and determined.

Why do you compete?

I compete because I enjoy the sport of motocross. I used to play school team sports and I danced competitively for a number of years. When I began racing motocross I was hooked. It challenges me every time I get on my bike. I started racing at 11 on an RM85 and in 4 years I have advanced to a CR250F.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

When I grow up I would like to be a WMA MX Pro. I would also like to model MX gear and be a spokesperson for my sport. I enjoy all aspects of MX racing. This past year I have really become interested in graphic design. I was chosen to participate in a web design and advanced media class at school this year. I am stoked.

How's Life Treating You?

Life is treating me very well. I do well in school, have many friends, am in good health and have a great family. I have a great support system and feel very fortunate to be able to race motocross.
