The first few hours of the day we thought they may cancel the race due to rain. It turned out that we were able to race. The weather held out and there was no rain.

My first race I drew the Harley that beat me last points race in the finals. This time I decided to ride next to him and cross the line just before he did. I had to dial in at a 15.99 to do this and caught alot of flack from some of the other riders for sandbagging. A win is a win.

The second race I drew the new dreaded Busa killer Kawasaki ZX-14. He had a problem at the starting line which gave me the easy win.

The third race I drew the Harley again, he bought back in after losing the first round, a rule I really dislike at this track. This time I dialed in at a 9.90 and ran my typical run. I won this race also.

The last race I went up against last years track champion on an older model Kawasaki. Unfortunately he won due to the fact I spun my tire for about 120 feet and almost met with the wall.

All in all it was a good day. I picked up 50 more points, still in 1st place in the points, 2nd place for the day and 75.00$.

On July 29th the 5th race takes place at Atlanta Dragway. There are 3 left including this race. My current standing is 1st place by 20 points, 3rd place is 40 points behind. I need to finish well in these next races to go to the regionals.

I have made some changes to the bike which has resulted in lower ET`s, it is taking some getting used to as far as dial ins are concerned.

Also I have picked up 4 sponsors now. Simpson racing apparel, RK Chains, Vortex and Amsoil. My thanks to their support.
