Commerce, GA The season finally ended last Saturday. I made a charge for the top but was cut short with the breaking loose of my back tire in the quarterfinals.

Ryan Coover finished up an awesome season in 1st place in the points with a 2nd place win against 4 time champion Jay "Jaybird" Rhyne.

I came in 10 points behind Jay for a 3rd place finish, which stopped me from going to the NHRA Division II finals this year.

I had to race Jay in the Quarterfinals only to spin my tire instantly when I let the clutch go. He went on to win 1st place giving him the lead in points against me.

2008 I will win the track championship again...
