I ended this season very good i think. I won the points championship in my ISOC Jr. 14-15 class and I took 2nd in the IRACE Jr. 16-17 and 4th in IRACE sport points. My last race of the year for ISOC was in Hayward. I was over 30 points ahead coming into the last race so I pretty much had it wrapped up. The track at Hayward was amazing!!!!!!!! I had so much fun on it, there was this one triple that i was hitting and I was one of the only 2 people at the race to hit it on a 440! The first time I tried it I came up way short and I completely broke the top left A-arm off. I thought I was done for the weekend already but a friend of ours, Jeff Johnson, had a welder at the track and we patched it up and I was ready to race.(After we added some duck tape!) I tried the triple again and this time I just pinned it all the way to the jump but I was still coming up short on it. I was casing it on the top, but I wanted to clear it really badly so I kept trying it and one of the times it bucked me funny and I came off. If there had been a close battle for the points coming into this race I probably would have played it safe and done the double double instead of the triple single, but I wanted to see how far I could push myself to go faster. I took third over all in the race. Then after the race we had our year end banquet at the casino and I won a TV! It was a 19'' HD TV with a built in DVD player, a little step up from my 13'' 1990s VHS playing TV I already had in my room! I hope everyone else had a good season and I'll see you all next year!

This weekend was an awesomely, insane weekend of racing. I won my Jr. 14-15 class, all three qualifiers and the final, and the track was the best I've ridden on all year. There were only two other Junior riders besides me in my class so they raced us with the Jr. 16-17 class which only had two riders and I was till able to get second out of both classes. The track had this massive step down jump that was only like 60 feet, but it threw you so high in the air, I must have been 25 to 30 feet in the air! Another was a big triple step up that was about 70 long with a 50 foot vertical, I had to hit it completely pinned and I could just barely make it over the top. What was even cooler though was in the concessions area they had the sled that Levi Lavallee did the double backflip on during the X-Games, it was sweet. So if there are any racers that weren't there this weekend there will be another race there on Feb. 21, it would be great to get some good racing on this track.

On Saturday I had a bit of a mediocre day. I was running mid-pack in my sport classes, and got 3rd in my Junior 16-17 class. I wore my helmet cam for the first time that day but I was having problems with the batteries because it was so cold. Then on Sunday I came out and won my first heat in my sport class, and 4th in my other sport class. In the second round I got second in my Junior class because I doubled into a turn with to much speed and went wide. Then on the start of my sport class I got a bad launch out to the hole and in the first turn I got my ski caught in another guys tracks and it ripped my ski around backwards, twisted the tie rod off, cracked the a-arm, and chipped the spindle. I went around looking for parts, but nobody had all the parts we needed. So our friends, Mike and Phillis Obrian, let me borrow there Ski-Doo rev 440 so I could finish out my races so I could keep some of my points. I actually did better than I expected on the Ski-Doo, it took me about 2 races to get used to it but on my last race I was able to beat one guy and was working on passing another, not to bad for never have ridden the sled before. But the worst part of the weekend was when a kid I knew named Payton Porter when off of the finish line table and landed funny. He just rolled off of the sled after landing, they took him to the hospital for x-rays and he had crushed a vertibrate in his back. He is only 12 years old and his dad says he is done racing for good.

I haven't been able to keep this thing up because my computer isn't working right. But I've had 3 races so far this season two of them were in Ironwood, one a regional and the other a national. At the regional I was doing good in my heat races, but I got a really bad holeshot on the final and got 6th. At the Nationals I was going really fast, I was beating the people I usually race with but the national kids are insane. I didn't make the final and was the first man out of the transfer spots. My last race was at my hometown of mercer. I races in 2 sport class and the junior 16-17 class. In the first round of racing I got 2 thirds in my sport classes and won the junior class. In the second round I got taken out in both of my sport classes and had to take a last in each of them, but took a 3rd in the junior 16-17 class. All off my classes came down to the last race, in the sport class I had to do good to save a podium, and we had a 3 way tie going into the junior class. I got a horrible holeshot in the both sport classes because I got last pick at the line and I could only manage a 4th. In the junior class I came out of the hole in 3rd and was having a race long battle for 2nd but couldn't get around him and had to take 3rd.
