Overview

How I got started

I got started when I was about 7 years old just cruising around in the hills. I started racing some Grand Prix`s (once a month) when I was 12. When I turned 13, I started racing motocross full time, almost every weekend and things just went from there.

Goals for the Future

I am always looking for new challenges and setting goals so I have something to work towards. The next huge challenge I want to work at is training for triathlons and eventually in the next couple of years attempt to qualify for the 2009 Ironman in Hawaii. I could possibly be the youngest ever to win. I am also going to race in the full West Coast Pro Truck series in 2008 and hopefully win the Rookie of the Year title. Along with that, I want to try supermoto and land a backflip on two wheels into the foam pit. Another thing that is on my mind is to compete in the 2008 Baja 1000.

Bio

Some Personal Information About Me:

Well, I was an amateur motocross racer that rode for the best team out there, Honda of Houston! On March 10, 2005 I crashed at a National at Lake Whitney, Texas and broke my back in half. The crash left me paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair (So I thought). I am now back riding the same bike I crashed on, just a little bit more modified for my new riding style! I`m having a blast and glad I don`t just have to watch my friends ride anymore!

Describe your style...

Well my style is sit down and seat bounce whatever I can! haha.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

This is my first semester that I am not going to school, so all I am going to do is keep doing what I have been doing and hopefully sponsors will step up to help me afford to live on my own! I love seeing people get excited with what I do and inspire other injured people or even people going through hard times. I don't want to have a regular job like my other friends and believe I have a lot of different things to offer to get the companies names who back me out to a large audience. I just need companies to believe in me, like my parents do. I have been doing speaking engagements at schools and businesses to hopefully inspire people and to show them that it is possible to over come anything that you are dealt in life.
