Overview

How I got started

Got started about 3 years back when i was doing Automobile Racing and was getting consistent wins but it got too expensive to move on, a friend introduced me to mountain bike and coming from a racing background i got really hooked into mountain biking and slowly progressed to downhill biking which was good fun and still doing downhill biking now.

Goals for the Future

My goals are to get into the UCI World Cup some way and that's the spot i really need help in as i don't really have much funding for my bike and the location i am in does not promote sports and people don't even know this biking discipline even exists here. So basically getting tons of exposure and getting sponsors to back me up for these goals as its my only dream really, racing has become a way of life for me without it i'd be lost haha

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

Its just the adrenaline rush you get out of it, the pure speed and concentration you put into one run and do the best you can. I just want to win and every race pushes me closer and closer to getting that win. Its just the nature of racing.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I'm a really competitive person in everything that i do and it really reflects on my racing, although i might not win races on a constant basis i always better myself for the next race, im born from a racing background my dad racing bikes my mom in athletics so racing just came natural to me, it was fun and seems like the way i want to go, my biggest goal is to race in the UCI World Cup and travel around the world, ride my bike in new locations mostly.

Describe your style...

I stick to the ground tons and love rock gardens really technical sections with massive jumps from time to time just any downhill track that's good fun to ride on. I'm super motivated as well and get up from injuries whatever they may be and ride harder every time i fall.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I do train quite a bit, in fact i do have a personal trainer for strength training which i do 3 times a week for an hour and a half, and doing half an hour of cardio on strength training days, on my rest days which are usually Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I go out for a bike ride and do some more cardio training my complete rest day would be a Sunday, where i just relax.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

My dream job would honestly being in the UCI Downhill World Cup (DHI) for many seasons just to race and ride my bike finding the edge and getting good results, its really what im focused on doing but just need the support of sponsors to get me up there and some funding.

Competitive Highlights

It's got to be that one Grass Roots race which was my third race in mountain biking ever, it was really a rock garden race all rocks everywhere all the way down and i was riding my hardtail. There was quite significant competition in that race for my category which was Hardtail Open with state champions and national champions racing so i came in knowing i was up for a challenge, got my act together and after seeding run i was down by 3 seconds from the leader so went up for my race run and ended up winning that race by 2 whole minutes and that's something im really proud of since it was a 7 minute track, best race i've had and the most scariest ride of my life i've ever done even today haha.
