of ups and downs. here's a quick rundown. The year started great, training was going good, i was featured on bmxstrong.com, and things were looking great. After a less than desirable first race, i kept pushing and started to get some decent finishes and was feeling good. Then i tore my patellar tendon while training. As devistating as this was, i managed to come back and have some good finishes, and overall had a decent year... not stellar, but ok.
moving forward, i'm injury free, my training is going well, and i'm super motivated to get back on top next year.
Thanks to all my friends, everyone that takes the time to read my ramblings, and especially the guys that support me throughout the year.. bulldog bikes, 661, christopher bean, odi grips, steel mx, vengeance clothing, and xcell nutrition.

thanks

my parctice gate and i'm injury free.

my right thumb... i really hope it's something in my neck or back and not carpal tunnel......

at EHT yesterday, after having a couple weeks off of the bike i was feeling a bit slow, it's the off season though, so i have plenty of time to get back to training and ready for next year.

goals for next season and i don't plan on coming up short again

and took the three spot, putting me third for the year in the NJ state series. gonna take a week off to "reset", then it's back to work getting ready for next season. i'll be putting up a little blog when i get some more time.

saturday in Howell, feeling good, should do well as long as there is no rain. The scarred 4 life motocross guys will also be racing this weekend in wildwood NJ.

regional championship isn't going to work with my schedule.... maybe next year
