of ups and downs. here's a quick rundown. The year started great, training was going good, i was featured on bmxstrong.com, and things were looking great. After a less than desirable first race, i kept pushing and started to get some decent finishes and was feeling good. Then i tore my patellar tendon while training. As devistating as this was, i managed to come back and have some good finishes, and overall had a decent year... not stellar, but ok. moving forward, i'm injury free, my training is going well, and i'm super motivated to get back on top next year. Thanks to all my friends, everyone that takes the time to read my ramblings, and especially the guys that support me throughout the year.. bulldog bikes, 661, christopher bean, odi grips, steel mx, vengeance clothing, and xcell nutrition.
thanks
