How did you get started?

my friends and family pushed me to compete. i was really scared at first but soon it became a part of the sport for me and no matter what happened i was always happy at the end of the day knowing i did my best

List your competitive highlights:

ha once when i was little i beat chris benchetler at a game of ski on a flat bar.. ha ha (love you chris)... haha ... soon after i was destroyed by tim russell which i must say is one of the best rail riders if you see him in person

What are you planning for next season?

ummm im going to the US open and some other open events

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

i would say it was winning nationals by like 10 or 12 points. i got like a 91.00 and the next one was like.. 80.00 or something like that.. ha ha it was defiantly my day in the pipe

What inspires you to compete?

i love the drive it gives you. pushing yourself is important and competing is an easy way to do that. another things that inspires me is all the little kids i ski with. they look up to me to show them what they should be pushing for and when i see that in them it makes me try even harder.

Why do you like this sport?

freestyle skiing is my passion, i have been skiing my whole life and it has made me grow as a person. i have been free skiing since i was 14 and i have been hooked ever since.

Describe your style...

laid back... easy.... getting the job done and making it look easy thats what this sport is all about.. in my personal opinion i would rather see a clean seven then a huck ten. there are to many kids out there just hucking. the thing that makes me unique is that i can do big spins and keep it clean.

Why do you compete?

i try to compete a lot.. i dont have to much opportunity tho because i live in mammoth and they dont have any contests besides usasa which are gay but hey its better than not competing at all...
