Bench Warmer CEO, Brian Wallos, hosted the Fourth Annual Bench Warmer Holiday Gala and Toy Drive benefiting Toys For Tots. Founded in early 1992, Bench Warmer created the female trading card category with its first release of 120 cards featuring beautiful women in their favorite sports garb. You can learn more about BenchWarmer here at http://www.benchwarmer.com
About Toys for Tots: The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. Their website, and someone you can donate, is at http://www.toysfortots.org/
Here is Brian with some of Santa's Little Helpers.

Vote for Pedro! Napolean Dynamite star, Efren Ramirez was one of the celebrities on the 'red-carpet' at the Toy Drive.

Here we have Latin Percussionist & Arranger, Paris Escovedo. He's a great guy, who's favorite supercross is Anahiem. What he likes about supercross "...not knowing the outcome of a race until the final lap - you just never know what's going to happen next!" To learn more about Paris Escovedo and listen to some of his music, visit his website: http://www.sonicbids.com/parisescovedoproject

Here was have Freestyle Motocross star, Ronnie Faist on the 'red-carpet'.

Now, this is Melissa "Mojo" Hunter with two of the Marines. She also likes the Anaheim supercross. And why not? Her answer was pretty simple "It's fun!" Melissa has been involved in the industry doing a variety of things, including Umbrella Girls. Learn more about Melissa on MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/mojomodel

Next was Rebecca Mary. She was cool too! Her favorite MX athlete - Kyle Louza! Why does she like him? "Because he breaks images of stero-types. Great guy, especially once you get to know him."

Just some of the many donated toys underneath the 14 foot Douglas Fir Christmas tree!

Pictured with me is Jessica Hall, host for Playboy Radio. Jessica was awesome, nice, and easy to talk with. And yes folks, she rides! "I've been involved in riding since I was a little kid. My parents started me out on a PW80! Then I got a KX80, and then a YZ 125! I don't ride so much today, but I still like to go out to the dunes every now and then." Her favorite supercross raced - Las Vegas. Her favorite rider - Jeremy McGrath. Shhhh ... don't tell anyone, but she used to baby-sit Kyle Lewis's kid!

Next is Nikki Griffin. You may have seen her on the show "The O.C." She loves ESPN's XGames and says, "It's all about the power ... and the sweaty guys with the bikes between their legs!" ;)

Last, but not least, is Lana Kinnear. Have you've seen her before? She's great, easy to talk with, smart, great attitude. Oh yeah - you HAVE seen her on Supercross.com before! Her favorite supercoss is Anaheim and her favorite rider is Tyler Evans. Want to learn more about Lana and see more pictures of her? Check out her website: http://www.absolutelana.com

MXSports Pro Racing has announced the 2010 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship schedule. VIP Tickets Available starting November 27.
Beginning in 1972, the AMA Pro Racing-sanctioned U.S. outdoor national championship has served as the most prestigious motocross championship on the planet, consistently showcasing the world's best riders.
The 2010 season will commence on Saturday, May 22, 2010, with the Hangtown Motocross Classic just outside Sacramento, Calif. From there, the series will travel throughout the country before coming to a dramatic conclusion on Labor Day Weekend with the Steel City Motocross National on September 4, 2010, in Delmont, Pa.
Each stop of the 12-race series will feature the premier 450 Motocross Class, of which the 2009 title was won by Chad Reed, as well as the ultra-competitive 250 Class, which will be wide open as a result of '09 champion Ryan Dungey's move up to the premier 450 Class.
The Women's Motocross (WMX) will also be a highlight at eight rounds of the Lucas Oil Motocross Championships, led by reigning champion Ashley Fiolek. In addition to the premier racing classes, fans can also expect unique motocross-related entertainment and attractions to be added as the season approaches.
"The 2009 season was a transitional year for AMA Motocross, with lots of positive changes, and there's more to come," said Davey Coombs, vice president of MXSports. "We feel the 12 circuits the tour is visiting now make up the very best tracks in the country, though we continue to search for new opportunities and areas to visit in the near future-especially in the southeast. It is our goal to be there in 2011, as the facilities we are eyeing are continuing to build their infrastructure and racing circuits."
Also returning for 2010 is one of the strongest media, promotional and television packages in two-wheel racing, produced in conjunction via partnerships at both SPEED TV and NBC. In addition, races will also be streamed live via the series website, which is located at www.allisports.com
A special feature that new for 2010 is the opportunity for fans to purchase VIP tickets for each event beginning the day after Thanksgiving - Friday, November 27. These season VIP tickets will be on sale at www.allisports.com (visit the motocross section) and available for every event on the schedule. VIP ticket benefits vary by track, but generally include such special features as an all day pit pass, a special viewing area, VIP parking, catered lunch, complimentary event program and many other special benefits. These are the best seats in the house and are available only in limited quantities, thus they will sell out quick.
"For the first time in the history of the series, our fans can purchase event tickets to every round through one convenient source and in partnership with a leading nationwide ticket provider" said Nick McCabe of MXSports. "VIP tickets represent the best seats at the track and we are pleased to make them easier to access and purchase on a worldwide level".

It's also the reappearance of Jason Lawrence, the 250 West Coast Supercross Champ! Riding with the number 1 plate. Ricky Carmichael, winningest rider ever in AMA motocross/supercross history, is in the 'industry seating' area, checking out the action. Top guys include in the 250 Lites class include East Coast Champion Trey Canard #39, Ryan Dungey #10, Lawrence, and Weimer. Dungey and Lawrence had the fastest laps in practice.
1:54pm: The top 450 riders come out for practice. Surprise, surprise - James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto and Chad Reed have the best lap times, right around one minute. Nick Wey, number 27, seems to be on the same team as Jason Lawrence, riding a black motorcycle with Monster branding, along with Boost Mobile and AM/PM.
4pm: It starts to rain, although very lightly.
7:30pm: The top four riders (Chad Reed, James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto, and Kevin Windham are introduced. And it's like a four-man boxing match stare off. : )
7:38pm: First moto of the season goes off, and it's Ryan Morais, #116 with the holeshot! Ryan Dungey falls on the first lap! Dungey is off to the side of the track, looking down at his bike - can't get it restarted. Now he's pusing it back to the pits.
7:42pm: Jake Weimer, Morais' team-mate on Pro Circuit Kawasaki, takes over first place. The checkered flag has Weimer first, Morais second, and Justin Brayton third.
7:50pm: 250 heat 2 blasts off. It's Daniel Reardon 122 and East Coast Supercross Champion Trey Canard 39 up front. Jason Lawrence 1 is in fourth. At the end of the second lap, its Canard, Lawrence, and Reardon top three. On lap four, Lawrence puts a move on Canard, and into first he goes. Half lap later, Canard falls in a right hand corner. At the finish it's Lawrence, Reardon, Canard.
8:03pm: The 450 heat 1 blasts off! Ryan Villopoto 2 out front and stylin'! Supercross Champion Chad Reed went off the course a bit in turn three ... the top three after three laps - Villopoto already way out front, Ferry second, then Steve Boniface, Andrew Short, and Mike Alessi. At the checkered, it's Villopoto, Ferry a ways back in second, Andrew Short, and Chad Reed.
8:18pm: 450 heat number 2 takes off. And up front ... it's number 7 James Stewart! Josh Grant 33 second, Davi Millsaps 18 third, with Robert Kiniry fourth. At the end of the first lap, it's shaping up as the battle royale - Stewart out front, Reedy right behind in second! At the end of lap two, in a right hand corner, Reedy goes inside of James to take the lead! Reed leading, with Stewart right behind, and they are way ahead of all the others. Grant is running third, Windham fourth, Villopoto eighth. On lap seven, Stewart squeezes by Reed and back into the lead on a left hand corner. Then, they collide as Reed's front tire touches Stewart's rear tire, and they go down together! Reed gets up first, another rider knocks into James (Kevin Windham), and James cannot start his bike! James is now walking off the track ... done nine laps into the first race of 2009. Bummer. The leader - Josh Grant! Andrew Short is second, Reed is third, followed by Ferry. On the final lap, as Josh Grant appears headed for his first ever 450 Supercross victory, he's got banners stuck in his rear wheel - causing a lot of smoke from the rear end of the bike! But Josh Grant wins! Andrew Short is second, Chad Reed third. Villopoto scores a fifth, Windham 15th, and Stewart officially 19th.

Paramatta Stadium, Sydney, Australia
Chad Reed wins Round 5 of the Monster Energy Super X Australasian Supercross Series, Jeremy McGrath second
Parramatta Stadium witnessed a sensational night of supercross racing tonight, with two-time world supercross champion Chad Reed dominating the Open class final to take the win. Seven time AMA Supercross Series champion Jeremy McGrath finished in second place, just ahead of Jay Marmont. Fans also got to enjoy great racing in the Pro Lites competition, with Matt Moss taking the victory, and wrapping up the overall championship in the 250 class as well.
The incredibly exciting Survival format featured in the Open class had the Sydney fans at the edge of their seats. The format pits 20 riders against each other in four, six lap sprints, where the bottom five are eliminated after each race.
The first six lap sprint saw young gun, Tye Simmonds, take the holeshot and lead the whole six laps, with Reed getting closer after every lap. Tye held on right until the very last lap, where he made a small mistake on the whoops just before the finish line, which allowed Reed to make the pass and take the first win.
Crowd favorite Jay Marmont holeshot in the second race, but was taken out on the first corner, which forced him to put in another courageous effort to make his way through the pack to finish in the top ten and progress to the next final. Reed overtook race leader Daniel McCoy on the fourth lap, and went out to take the win. The unforgiving survival format meant that championship leader Daniel Reardon did not make it through due to his less than perfect race, as well as top international rider Michael Byrne.
In the third six lapper Chad Reed took the holeshot and rode on for a dominant win, with the 'King of Supercross' Jeremy McGrath coming in second. Cheyne Boyd and Cameron Taylor both crashed and did not finish the race.
The final five that lined up at the start gate were Chad Reed, Tye Simmonds, Daniel McCoy, Jay Marmont and Jeremy McGrath. Reed took the holeshot, and the win again, with 'The King' holding off Jay Marmont to take second. Marmont's third place gave him enough points to put him ahead in the championship series point standings, one single point ahead of Reed. Reardon is now in third.
Winner Chad Reed said: "I felt great on the bike tonight and I was going for jumps that I haven't been attempting at the other rounds. The atmosphere and crowd tonight were fantastic and it's so good to have Jeremy out here racing. I idolized him when I was a kid, so it is really special".
The Pro Lites riders competed in the Quad Challenge where they raced four, five lap sprints. There were some great battles and four different winners in each of the five lap races, but it was Matt Moss who rode consistently well, winning the overall round tonight. And with that win, Matt has secured the overall Pro Lites Championship. America's Kyle Cunningham took second place tonight and Brendan Harrison finished third.
250 Lites Supercross winner and Series Champion Matt Moss said: "I am pumped and can't wipe the smile off my face. I have a great team behind me and they have helped keep me stay focused and race smart. I now have three championships out of four and it feels awesome. Thanks for all the fans for coming out tonight and for cheering me onβ.
The Monster Energy Super X will now make its way across the Tasman for the first time for the penultimate round of the championship on November 21 at Waikato Stadium, Hamilton, New Zealand.

Team San Manuel L & M Racing Yamaha rider James Stewart, the defending AMA Supercross Champion, will withdraw from competing in the upcoming Genoa Supercross (Genoa, Italy) and Brisbane Super X Supercross (Brisbane, Australia) due to medical reasons.
James was forced to withdraw from the third day of racing the recent Bercy Supercross (Paris, France) and forfeit his potential win as a result of contracting a severe case of food poisoning. After returning back his home in Florida, James took minimal time to recover before getting back to training and testing for the upcoming races and 2010 AMA/FIM Supercross season.
After recent medical evaluation, his doctor and L & M medical staff found his immune system to be dangerously compromised and James was advised by his doctor and team that he should discontinue any strenuous activity, and not travel out of the country at this time.
When asked about the decision, James had this to say: "I am really bummed about not being able to race in Italy and Australia. I've had such a great experience racing internationally. The fans are incredible and the race organizations really go out of their way to support me. I really wish I could still go, but after talking with my doctors and team it's not in my best interest to jeopardize my health before the upcoming 2010 AMA Supercross season starts."
Said Larry Brooks, Team San Manuel Manager "At this time, James will be focusing on getting healthy and preparing to defend his AMA Supercross Series championship title. Taking time to improve his health and well-being is our first priority."
James will continue to undergo medical evaluation and refrain from any kind of strenuous training activity until his doctor and medical staff advise him that he is fit to resume.
