I started riding at Zaca Station MX. One of the owners is a fast Vet Pro. He inspired me to start racing. I did well, and realized how much fun, and good exercise it was. I decided to start competing in some series, and national events. Now I work at Zaca Station handling the public relation/track sponsorship program. This affords me much more time to ride and practice on a premier national caliber track, and meet some of the fastest riders in the world.
Mammoth MX 2008. I qualified for the main event both days. The first day I qualified in 7th, and the second day I qualified in 5th. I ran in the top 10 for both mains, until mistakes dropped me back to 24th & 13th respectively. I finished 19th overall. I was happy with top 20 for my first national event.
