Back Up and Running!

So being here in the midwest it takes a bit for our resorts to really open up again, and this thursday is going to be my first day out on the slopes for the season of '08 - '09! Im stoked and just got some new gear from the white collection: bright white tie dye pants and jacket! i love it, it's so sick! But just for everyone to know a lot of my action will probably going to be done over my christmas break (now - Jan 13) because in mid january i start back up in school and i am studying to be a nurse so who knows how much time i will have, but definitaly be trying be hardest to still be out there on the weekends! I hope this season goes great for everyone and no one gets knocked up! lol.

Winter Season has Ended

It is April 5, and my winter season here in Michigan has ended about 2 weeks ago.

I was however able to go to Winter Park, Colorado for a week of snowboarding which was really sick! I put up a video that has some clips from WP. Also, i posted some pictures.

Now i am out rollerblading and i play volleyball twice a week.

Hey guys, there is a rail jam comp. this sat night at Swiss Valley. I know a lot of you arnt in my area but just thought i would let you all know so after next weekend you can come back and check out my results and some sick pictures and videos!

It is on March 1st, so i should have everything back up on monday or March 3.

Results Big Air 2/02/08

Hey everyone,

Big air was sick. Everyone went big and pulled some sick shit. I made 4th of the 28 that entered. One guy did crash pretty hard, never heard what the dr. said. But it didnt look pretty. He was going for an inverted 1080 and only made it to about a 990. lol. The run was a little icy tonight i think mainly because of the warm to cold weather that we had today. Overall everyone did great. Like i said earlier i managed to pull out with 4th place. Not what i wanted but the other guys were able to stomp everything and doesnt help when i wasnt that comfortable with the icy conditions.

Now its practice for the next comp.

P.S. My pictures will be up as soon as i can receive them from my buddy and get them uploaded, hopefully in the next couple days.

Big Air Contest

The big air contest is tonight. I am about to go out and get my final board tunings in. The weather is perfect right now. Its sunny about 27 degrees and there is slim to no wind! Tonight should be a great night. I will be sure to post my results tonight after i get back. Hopefully no one gets hurt tonight and it will be a lot of fun.

Today here in Michigan the high was 47 degrees and right now at 10:00 pm it is not 24 degrees and snowing like crazy. Visibility is about 30ft! Tomorrow on Wens. the high is about 15 degrees wind blowing at 30mph with gust of 50mph!!! F1 hurricane winds are 75mph!! I was planing on going out to hit some kickers at Swiss Valley (a local ski resort) but i dont know how that is going to go down with wind gusts of 50mph. I dont know about you, but being in the air with that strong of winds can never be good. lol. But if it does clear up tomorrow i am going out and plan to show some sweet videos and pictures!

I know its been awhile since i have updated. This Past winter year of 07 - 08 hasnt been that good for me. I have been really sick recently putting me out for the rail competition that happened locally last friday. Coming up this weekend is a Big Air Contest! Im pretty stoked for that, though i am not sure how its going to turn out, because i have had very little practice in. I am hoping to be getting out there this week to practice some of my tricks and get my board tunings finalized for this comp. I hear there will be snowboard give aways and some 08 winter gear! I will be sure to get on and post whats going on.

So the snow conditions were shitty as shitty can be, and it started to rain on us. But the competition went well. No on got hurt and I finished 5th of 56. I will have pictures up as soon as I can.
