The Argyll race track was great.&nbsp; I placed 7th in the supermini class which had some very fast riders in this class -&nbsp; I am not quite at their level of riding yet.&nbsp; I took 3rd in the 85 12 -13 and 1st in the 150 Open class.</font></p> <p><font color="#ffffff" size="3">Rnd 4: I raced the same classes as I did in Rnd 3.&nbsp; I took 3rd in the 150 Open class, My friend Mago took 2nd. We started school on July 18th. I am going to race at the MTA West Trans-Cal MX Nationals and the Ukiah Raceway this fall.&nbsp; I am probably going to race a few of the AMP races coming up as well.&nbsp; I am looking forward to the Dodge Nationals this October.&nbsp; Hope everyone is doing great and hope to see ya all soon.</p> <p>Arthur</p>http://www.loopd.com/members/stewart7/blog.aspx?resourceId=6ca97f87-5c07-4f3a-bfef-bba7af5d6e3bMon, 06 Aug 2007 08:39:51 GMTHoney Lake,Washougal and the Crash<p><font size="3">Honey Lake was the qualifier for the Loretta Lynn Regional at Washougal.&nbsp; I did not do as well as I would have liked but I did place well enough to qualify for Washougal.&nbsp; Honey Lake was rough.</font></p> <p><font size="3">Washougal was fun.&nbsp;&nbsp; The track was great.&nbsp; Saturday was practice, Sunday and Monday were races.&nbsp; I did not have a race on sunday.&nbsp; I learned a lot, met some new friends and some old friends here.&nbsp; I went fishing at the pond and saw the waterfall.&nbsp; I got soaked wet from my shoes to my knees - my parents were not happy about that.&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size="3">On Monday was my classes 65 Mod and 85 Mod 7 -11.&nbsp;&nbsp;About 40 kids per class.&nbsp; They do three motos per class.&nbsp; I was able to complete 2 motos of the 65 class.&nbsp; On the second moto of the 85 class I was flying up hill&nbsp;hit a braking bump, went over the handle bars, the bike landed on me hard and I had to be carried off the track.</font></p> <p><font size="3">I broke my ankle in 2 places.&nbsp; The doctor called it an inline break which will require a cast and crutches for at least a month.&nbsp;I am currently in a splint, have to keep it elevated and iced.&nbsp; Next week I get the cast.</font></p> <p><font size="3">Goodluck to all, ...... Mom and Dad were very tired. </font></p> <p><font color="#3366ff" size="3">I raced in the 60cc beginner class winning both motos to take 1st place overall. I had a little difficulty in the 80cc beginner class. I meet all the pros and the best riders in the Nation. Some of the circuit riders have not been home for 5 months. I gained valuable experience and skills at the Dodge National.
