2009 Summer

It has been a Great Summer so FAR! I went to the East Coast to see my Grandparents and visit Ocean City,MD and D.C.. The weather was great and I had a awesome time. I got back home and back to training for the ABA Summer Nationals! I skipped practice as this is my home track and hung out with my friends and sponsors on Friday.

Saturday was a good day as I placed 2ND in 13-14 Open and 4th in 14 Expert. Sunday was a little rough as I placed 3RD in 13-14 Open but 7th in 14 Expert. I was in gate 7 and was hung up in the 1st corner and was pushed up and came unclipped. I tried to get clipped in but in took a second or two and charged back hard but missed 6th by a bike or so. I started Freshman Football on Monday and will do double duty with the training for BMX and Football.

2008 Summer

This has been a great summer! I have traveled all over the country and even to Canada! I went to NYC,Philly,DC and Baltimore on the East Coast. The West coast I went to Seattle,Tucson,Salt Lake City and Victoria,BC Canada! I got some racing in as well!

ABA Winter Nationals

Well, I don't know where to start. The Friday practice started really windy and I went decided to go ahead and still practice. That was a bad idea! The 1st few laps were okay! It was hard to get a gate due to the wind. I went down over the 1st double after a couple of laps.No big deal.I checked the bike and myself and everything was good. I rode a few more then disaster struck! I went to manuel over the 1st double and a strong wind gust blew my bike out of my control and I went sideways then over the bars! I hit the ground from about 10' above and hit hard. I got up then I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder area! I was taken over to the EMT, but I don't remember any of that! I went to the Hospital and had xrays done and a CT Scan. The head was ok but,I broke my collarbone in 3 spots.I will be out 4-6 weeks! That is the doc says! I hope to have a speedy recovery and back riding soon!

2008 ABA Silver Dollar Nationals

Well,I had a good start to the 2008 Season.I attended the ABA Silver Dollar Nationals in Reno,NV. On Saturday, I failed to get out of my semis in class and just rode a bad lap at the wrong time. In my Open class I rode well and ended up with a 2nd place.On,Sunday I rode much better all day. In class I ended up with a 4th place,just missing the Podium! In Open, I placed 2nd again. I ended up with two 2nd's and one 4th place. A good start to the season! Thanks to Fly Racing,ODI,Kicker,Fuel Clothing,Osiris Shoes,Sun Ringle,Fiberwise,Nextsport,Tangent for their support for 2008!

ABA Grand National

Well I'm finally back and settled in from returning from the ABA Grand Nationals in Tulsa,Ok. I rode pretty well in practice on Thursday getting the track dialed in. The 1st straight was shorter than I normally like but, oh well. I used the Race of Champions as a practice race to judge my speed and race lines. I didn't make out of quarters as I hit the gate and race back to the pack and got 4th but only 3 were qualifying out. Oh well. I raced 11-12 Open and 12 Expert at the Grands. I messed up in my quarters in 12 Expert and didn't get out. I was mad at myself for that one. I refocused my riding in the Open class and made the Main in that class. I got a pretty good gate and was in fourth going into the 1st corner and came out in 3rd and stayed there till the end. I was happy with 3rd in 11-12 Open considering I just started training 2 weeks before full time since football was over. I want to thank all my sponsors for making this a great 2007 season.

I'm back to training for the ABA Grands full time. We lost yesterday in the Playoffs for football. I have 3 weeks to the grands and I will be prepared to race well there.

USA Cycling BMX National Championship

I went to the 1st USA Cycling BMX National Championships in Waterford,Michigan. If you make the main,you get a automatic spot on the USA World Team and race for the USA at the 2007 UCI BMX World Championships in Victoria,Canada in July! I finished 3rd in 12 Boys and had my picture taken on the podium and received a Bronze medal. In 12 and Under Cruiser, I finished 7th and earned a spot to race the class in Canada.

I will do my best to represent all of my Sponsors and USA Cycling! Starting to get back in racng form!

Hello everyone,

Well i'm back from injury.The hand is feeling alot better. I raced in Bakersfield,ca at the ABA U.S. Nationals after only getting the cast off the week before. I managed to get a 5th place in 11-12 open on sunday. The track was fun to jump and it was good to be back on the bike again.

This past weekend I raced the ABA NorCal Nationals in Roseville,Ca. I felt pretty good in practice and was looking forward to the weekend of racing. On saturday, I had a 3rd in 11-12 Open and a 7th in 12 Expert. On sunday I managed a 2nd in 11-12 Open and didn't get out of the semis in 12 expert. I need to improve on that!! All in all it was a good weekend.

I will be racing this weekend at the UCI/NBL National in Prunedale,Ca. I hope everyone has a good weekend of racing.

Cast Off!!!

I finally get my cast off my left hand. I broke my index finger at the joint of the knuckle at the ABA Great Northwest Nationals in Pasco,Wa last month!! I still have been training and will race next week at the ABA Nationals in Bakersfield,Ca.

Back Training for 2007

I'm back from playing football for the Rocklin Jr.Thunder Pee Wee Team. This was my 1st year playing football. I worked my way into a starting position by week 3 of the season. I had fun playing and the training from bmx definitely helped with football. We lost in the 1st round of the playoffs. I'm training harder than ever to make the 2007 Bmx Season a success.

I'm put forward a goal of making the 2007 USA team for the U.C.I. Worlds in Victotria,Canada. I know this will take dedication and hard work to make this come true.

Another Broken Collerbone

I wanted to let everyone about my injury. I fractured my left clavicle racing @ Tanglewood bmx track in N.C. This was at the NBL Tar Heel Nationals. I will be back in 4-5 weeks and will keep training on my rollers during the healing proccess. I want to thank All My Sponsors for supporting me for the 2006 Season.
