Hey guys, Fasst Company has launched a fan page on Facebook and a Twitter account. With the emerging movement of social media taking over, we decided it would be a great opportunity for Fasst Company to jump on board. Our fan page will be used to interact with racers, fans and media. The Twitter page will be used to give daily updates on what is happening with Fasst Company and Flexx Handlebar. I am looking forward to interacting more with our racers, customers, fans and friends of the brand, as well as writing a new blog I will be posting on the fan page. 2009 GNCC Season Preview

Long Beach, CA- Fasst Company, the manufacture of the 100% American Made Flexx Handlebar System is looking forward to another great year in the GNCC series. Over the off season Fasst Company’s race support director Chris Avery strove to help the numerous riders applying for Fasst Company’s Flexx Handlebar System controlled pro and amateur teams. “We’ve worked really hard to have the best of best on Flexx Handlebar System; the demand for it at all levels of racing is extremely high. Putting together another strong GNCC program was a challenge; I wanted to get everything right for each rider. We work hard to have a great relationship with each rider. While striving to provide all the performance we can, to allow each rider to perform at their best. Our guys are strong, pumped and ready to go!”

Fasst Company is anchoring their team once again by re-signing nine time GNCC champion Bill Ballance. Bill took home four race wins in 2008 and won the championship by over forty points. Look for Bill to run his usual number 1 plate on his Flexx Handlebar controlled YFZ 450.

Joining Bill, will be the factory KTM team. Leading the KTM team into 2009 is Adam McGill. Adam won four rounds in 2008 and is ready to make a run at the championship this season. Alongside McGill on the Flexx Handlebar System controlled Factory KTM’s will be Josh Kirkland and Angel Atwell. Fasst Company’s race support director Chris Avery stated, “I am really excited about having McGill back. He called me all winter to make sure we got this deal done, he didn’t want to race without the Flexx Handlebar! We are stoked to continue our relationship with Adam, Tim Farr and the Factory KTM team.”

Continuing through the roster of Flexx Handlebar controlled riders in the GNCC series are Factory Yamaha’s 2008 XC2 Champion Donald Ockerman, Johnny Gallagher and GT Thunder’s Brandon Sommers. Ockerman made his debt in the XC1 class at the end of 2008 and took home the runner up spot in both races. Brandon is coming off a strong 2008 where he ended the year in 5^th. Brandon said, “thanks to the Flexx Handlebar System I can charge through rough sections a lot harder without feeling any fatigue in my little arms”.

Fasst Company has also signed Traci Cecco, Lexie Coulter, Taylor Kiser, Walker Fowler, Warnett/ Can-Am, Mike Penland, Cody Anderson, Kevin Johnston, Santo Derisi, Bryan Cook, Shawn Hess, Brandon Ballance, Kristen Atwell, Jennifer Albright, Bryan Buckhannon, Jerime Dudding, Dirk & Luke DeCesare, Todd Demaree, Michael Swift, Parker Jones, and other select racers.

2008 Women’s Pro champion Traci Cecco will be running her usual Flexx Handlebar Controlled Factory Yamaha YFZ 450 again in 2009. While testing in the off season Avery said, “Traci is an unbelievable rider and watching her battle for the 2008 championship was awesome. I am looking forward to working with her again in 2009.”

WORCS Championship

Hey Guys,

I just got back from the final round of the WORCS series. Wanted to first say thanks to everyone for stopping by the van, it was nice meeting all of you and look for the Fasst Company Race Van at more events in 2009.

Fasst Company would like to congratulate Bobby Bonds, for winning the 2008 WORCS Championship. I drove up to Taft, California to support Bobby and cheer him on. Bonds has been the most consistent rider all season, taking six second place finishes. Coming into the final round in Taft, California, Bobby trialed series point leader Ricky Dietrich by 4 points. I stopped by Bobby’s pit early Sunday morning to wish him good luck and see how he was doing. He seemed a little nervous, with the championship on the line, but he new what he had to do. Dietrich got out front early and started pulling away. Bonds was on a mission and reeled in Dietrich before the halfway point. After a quick pit stop, Bonds begin to pull away and put over a 45 second lead on Dietrich. It was awesome to see Bobby way out front. Then on the last lap he swapped coming out of the endurocross section and collected some banners. Which made all his fan nervous, but nothing could stop Bonds and he rode to victory. From the podium Bonds said, “I was either going home with the championship, or leaving in the ambulance”.

Fasst Company is really excited announce that we have signed Bobby for the 2009 Season. Bobby is changing bikes, teams and numbers for 2009. The one thing that will stay the same is he will use the Flexx Handlebar System to defend his 2008 Championship.

The 2008 racing season is coming to an end and that means it time to start getting ready for 2009. Fasst Company will start accepting resumes on September 15, 2008 for the 2009 racing season. In 2008 Fasst Company’s Flexx Handlebar System controlled Factory KTM’s Adam McGill and Factory Yamaha’s Bill Ballance to 3 GNCC victories each, in the XC1 class. Ballance is taking a 25 point lead into the last 4 rounds on his route to a 9^th GNCC Championship. Fasst Company’s Donald Ockerman is one round away from winning the XC2 Championship on his YFZ 450. In the WORCS Series, Bobby Bonds rode his Flexx Handlebar equipped KXF 450 into second place in points, he is only 7 points out of first with 3 rounds remaining. The Flexx Handlebar also made its fist appearance in a step up contest, with the general of the Metal Mulisha. Keep your eyes open on the freestyle circuit as we are currently testing with a few riders for 2009. Our legendary spoke wrench has been keeping the wheels tight on 90% of the Motocross and Supercross team bikes this season. For 2009 we have added 3 new levels of sponsorship to our rider support program. Make sure to have your resume submitted by our deadline on December 1, 2008. Also take the time to update race results, photos and information on your sponsorhouse account. Any applicant whose sponsorhouse profile does not contain race results (unless rider was injured) and a photo, will not be considered for our 2009 support program.

ATVA National Alert

Fasst Company has just been informed of four team riders who had there handlebars stolen at Round 6 of the ATVA nationals in Mt. Morris Pennsylvania. According to the team riders involved, the quads were under the team canopy all day Saturday without any problems. However, late Saturday night the suspects entered the pits and removed the Flexx Handlebar System from all four of the team quads by cutting the cables and lines then unbolting the Flexx System. Fortunately, nothing else was taken from the race quads. Fasst Company would like to take this opportunity to make all users of the Flexx Handlebar System aware of this theft issue. We would like to ask all Flexx Handlebar uses to take the appropriate measure to ensure this type of problem does not happen to you. If you have any questions or concerns please call us.

The shirt utilizes Fasst Company’s new 100% American Made heart design and has a Quad Magazine logo on the sleeve and back side of the shirt. Snowshoe GNCC

Snowshoe, West Virginia was host to the 8^th round of the Can-am GNCC series. Bill Ballance came away with another victory in the XC-1 pro class, which makes this his 4^th win on the season. Ballance did not let the ski resort course slow his Flexx Handlebar controlled YFZ 450 down, he passed the early leader in a hurry on lap 1 and never looked back. Matt Smiley joined Bill Ballance on the podium with his Flexx Handlebar controlled Honda. Chris Bithel and Adam McGill rounded out the top 5, giving the Flexx Handlebar System 4 of the top 5 overall positions. Santo Derisi turned his best finish of the season, Derisi took his Fasst Company supported Honda to 9^th overall. Team GT Thunder/ Flexx Handlebar rider Brandon Sommers took the win in the XC-2 pro-am class. Ryan Morphew also made his return to racing this weekend and rounded out the top 20, Ryan commented that his Flexx Handlebar System was the only reason he was able to return so soon from his early season hand injury. Those who were able to attend the race, or have seen pictures, witnessed the new green bar pads for the Flexx Handlebar System. These one of a kind pads our now available for all customers.

Weekend Update

We just got back from the Glen Helen prequel, which was also the opening round of the WMA motocross series. Team Fasst Company riders Sarah Whitmore and Katie McGuire had their first race of the season. Sarah got a good start in moto 1, but suffered a crash close the halfway point, then remounted and charged back to finish 5^th. In the second moto Sarah came from a mid pack start and moved into third place and slowly cut into the lead Patterson and Gieger had but ran out of time. Sarah’s 5-3 moto scores put her into 3^rd overall. Katie went 7-4, for 5^th overall on the day, she showed some incredible speed and proved she will be making her way to the podium this season. The WMA series is heading north to Hangtown MX for round 2. At round 6 of the GNCC series, Chris Jenks and Bill Balance took 2 of the 3 spots on the podium. Flexx Handlebar was well represented as Fasst Company support riders took the 2^nd through 10^th positions at the event.

Orlando SX

Fasst Company’s revolutionary Brake Clevis has quickly become the choice of the elite Factory and Factory supported race teams. Since its introduction in late 2006, the Brake Clevis has added value to riders by offering increased braking performance while eliminating the play in the rear brake pedal. Top riders like, Travis Preston, Nick Wey, David Vuillemin and Tyler Evans and others have all enjoyed the benefits of the Brake Clevis in 2007. On March 17, 2007 the Brake Clevis helped Brandon Jesseman take his YZF 250 to victory, as he won the Orlando Supercorss. Fasst Company has been working with the Motoworld Yamaha team all season and is looking forward to helping the team riders stay up front for the remainder of the season. Billy Laninovich ended the night in 5^th position, Billy has been using the Brake Clevis all season as well as the rest of the Sobe / Samsung Mobile / No Fear Honda squad. Motosport Kawasaki’s Robert Kiniry used his Fasst Company Brake Clevis to slow his KXF 250 down as he rounded the first turn with the hole shot in the main event. The Brake Clevis is now available for all two wheel motorcycles and the TRX 450 four wheeler, all other four wheel models will be available in summer 2007.

Ryan Morphew

Fasst Company support rider Ryan Morphew who is a newcomer to the Flexx Handlebar System in 2007, took 5^th overall in his professional debut at the GNCC opener. Ryan is also featured in the Trackside section of the February / March 2007 issue of ATV Insider, be sure to pick up a copy and read the story on the newest Fasst Company recruit. Ryan believes the added value the Flexx Handlebar System brings to his program will help take him to the next level in 2007. We are really excited about the opportunity to work with Ryan, after winning the GNCC pro-am championship in 2006 we new he had the talent to be successful in the pro ranks.

GNCC Round 1

GNCC Round 1 took place over the weekend in Florida and Fasst Company support rider Traci Cecco got the event started off by winning the morning am class. In the Pro class, it was all Bill Balance as he took his Flexx Handlbar controlled YFZ 450 to the top of the podium. Balance is now leading the point standings heading into round 2. Tyler Kiser took third overall on his first race with the Flexx Handlebar System. Rounding out the top five was newly signed Ryan Morphew, also racing his first event on the Flexx Handlebar System. Fasst Company support riders took 6 of the top 10 positions in the pro class, while Brandon Summers used his Flexx Handlebar system to steer his YFZ 450 to victory in the Pro am class. With the early success on the track and proven performance value the Flexx Handlebar offers, Fasst Company is heading for another championship caliber season in 2007.

Bobby Bonds

Bobby Bonds finished in 4^th place at round 1 of the WORCS series, which was held at Speedworld MX Park over the weekend. We are really excited to have Bonds back on the Flexx Handlebar system and newly designed Fasst Company brake clevis in 2007. Bonds worked really hard in the off season to prepare for the 2007 season and his results proved it. Look for Bonds and the Flexx Handlebar system to be a permanent fixture on the podium this season.

Demuth is the New King of Dortmund

Fasst Company’s Josh Demuth has dominated Germany´s elite Supercross event. Demuth overcame a mechanical mishap on the opening night to strike back with consecutive wins on Saturday and Sunday. The multi-time Arenacross champ and Flexx Handlebar user, who rode a KX450F for Kawasaki Elf Team Pfeil, celebrated his overall victory with a giant trophy, a huge smile and the keys to a brand new Toyota Corolla in hands.

Fasst Company support rider and Flexx Handlebar user Bill Ballance is on the cover of the ATV Insider December 2006 issue. Bill wrapped up 2006 by winning his seventh GNCC championship. There is also an interview with Duane Johnson who came on board with Fasst Company late in the season and used the Flexx Handlebar System to make a successful finish to his rookie year in the pro class. We would like to congratulate Kyle Redmond for piloting his Flexx Handlebar equipped CR 250 to 7th overall at the Red Bull Last Man Standing on December 2nd. Kyle was the only privateer in the final group on the night section. We are really proud of 18 year old Kyle and the quick progress he has made since he started racing in April, yes April of this year!!!

Josh Demuth

Josh Demuth just called the office. With Bookoo pulling out of the Holigan deal several great riders were left without rides. Josh is putting together his own deal for 07 with our Flexx Handlebars controlling his Hondas. Josh will be racing select SX and AX events and running national number 35. We are really happy to have Josh back on the bars after the great AX season we had with him last year where he collected our first indoor championship!
