Yesterday, I had the 2008 finals for the local Junior Mtb,Track,and road racing. In Mountain I recieved a bronze medal, road i didn't even race(I found i great place to build a mtb trail instead) and in Track I recieved a gold medal for a scratch race, which allowed me to start training with our National leveled athletes to attend the summer olympics. All in all, I recieved a silver overall medal, even with skipping road!
I am finally starting downhill racing, I have been practicing as much as possible, and I am thinking of starting next season, but entering maybe a race or two before then. Aside from that I have just been looking for some sponsors to help me out this winter for skiing.

Had a downhill race a few days ago and didn't work...

Well, it is May now and I will be racing in my first mountain bike race this Sunday. I am not sure what to expect, but I am definitly excited at this point for just about anything but getting hurt. If I remember to bring a camera I will try to get some photos of the day!

Hi, my name is Skye and I like long walks on the beach, going to the movies...No! I am 14 years old and love riding on two wheels. I am just starting motocross, because I want some more action in my life! I have been racing regular bikes since 2004, and still compete. I am not sure if it is true that these extreme sports if you wish, are harder to find information about in Canada compare to the U.S but it definitly seems like it.
