As you all know I have had a rough year again... I separated my shoulder back in March, the docs want to do surgery, but thanks to Ty Harper my therapist, we are working hard strengthening my shoulder muscles to avoid it. I am still in therapy, twice a week, since April and I tried to ride at the local tracks recently but unfortunately, I hurt my shoulder again through the whoops, to much pressure he says on my shoulder right now. So, I am going to continue to train with Ty and be out there again soon. I have a goal to be at the Winter Nationals at ACP. Thanks to everyone for all your support. Motocross is my life and I will be back!!!!

Well, I did the race at COP in January '07, rode good, but to much pressure on my shoulder at the end and was in a lot of pain, so I had to pull off, even though I was in first. Got second though overall..

I am continuing to train, although at another setback right now (Feb '07) some more medical stuff (besides my shoulder) happening and just can't ride right now, I will be back the minute my doctors and mom tell me I can. My mom wants me to ride as much I want to, she has been really great. See you all soon!
http://www.loopd.com/members/josh310/blog.aspx?resourceId=d6fd3840-9d7d-444c-a70b-e6d7ec25e9b8Thu, 07 Sep 2006 00:00:00 GMT
