We just finished our racing season, and did fairly well.
Will try to test out my truck tomorrow..may have to do the mopar race at Budds Creek to do it.
..It was a good season at the race track and at school...Michelle is getting ready to finish her senior year at UMW and I will finish my senior year in high school.
Both of us having over 3.6 average, so not bad with racing, community service and work...Looking forward to a great 2010..

Raider ET in Richmond...Pretty good results for Bo...

I was really excited to make it to the 5th round in Top of the Raider ET series....and my brother, Nick made it down to 3 cars in the semi finals..so pretty good, eh? Of course winning would be awesome, but we have a few more races to go in the series and the possibility of winning the is a geat goal. This would also be great exposure for our advertising partners...

Getting everything ready to Race, Update on Award ...

Trying to fine tune our cars and getting them ready for the new racing season. Just wanted to thank my sponsors LiveWireEnergy Chews, FuelClothing.com for an awesome 2008 season. I took my family to the IHRA Awards Banquet in Mason, Ohio and had an incredible time at the Great Wolf Lodge. My first year in Pro Am Series Super Stock so I was very happy to win Runner up for the year in that class...I did win the the Championship for Junior Class for the year, so having both of them at the same time was great. Winning my 3rd Track Championship for Budds Creek, MIR, was cool, too...What a great facility and wonderful staff. I have already started my seach for colleges and hoping to get into UNIVERSITY of MARY WASHINGTON... Go Eagles !

Won the Championship in IHRA Pro Am Series and Run...

Just officially found out that I won the IHRA Pro Am Series for the Year in Jr. Dragster Competition and I won the Title of "Runner Up" in my fist year of Competing in Super Stock Series with my '69 Camaro.

I want to thank God and my team for all their hard work and parents for financial support and prayers.

On May 30th-June 01 Competed in the IHRA PRO AM Race in Mooresville, NC. I won the Masters Drag race class and won rounds to the Quarter Finals in Super Stock. Michelle won two Rounds in Top Dragster.

Won the ET Series Race on May 3rd...Great crowd...were there so it added to the excitement because this was the Frantic 7 show and Super Stock Show.

This brings me to the No.1 position at Budds Creek, Md in Points. Also in other news...I am No.2 for Super Stock in my 69 Camaro for the Pro Am Series and my sister is No. 4 in the Pro Am series with her 04 Race Tech dragster....

Missed a race at Maryland International to race at Virginia Motorsports Park...It was good for me, but Chelle went out in the first round. Later Chelle went to Maryland International and won 4 rounds there.

What an incredible 4 weeks it has been... We really feel the magic of Virginia Tech and the Hokie Spirit.

This past weekend in Hagerstown, MD, Nick Chiles, won the Divisional Race for NHRA in the North East. The next day Nick Chiles went to Sumer Duck, Va and won the IHRA Ironman Classic Race.

Still a short time left for Advertising partners to get their names in print and support our team the way they should.

Nick wins IHRA (International Hot Rod Association)...

So excited to say that my brother won the IHRA Nationals at Budds Creek, (MIR) this past weekend.

The heat was unbearable, but Nick was able to pull it off...and take the win, our dad builds the motors on these half scale dragsters and it obvious that he builds incredible championship engines.

Nick is now the Eastern Champion of both NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) and IHRA (International Hot Rod Association)

No words can describe the feeling you get when you or your team member, (who happens to be my brother) wins a National Event like this. We went to Bristol, TN and not only did my brother Nick win in the class, his whole team won the entire event. This was National Event was different in that we were racing for Virginia Tech, the Hokie Spirit Fund. Each of the drivers and the managers received a biography of the person they represented. We got to get a tiny glimpse of wonderful people that lost their lives and feel the loss that everyone has felt every day for the senseless shooting.

Television Cameras, photographers, press, but Nick's first thoughts were of the Brian, the person he represented. He started to cry and couldn't really finish the interview when he told them he dedicated his win to Brian Bluhm, the Virginia Tech Student who lost his life along with the other 31victims. I represented Ross A. Alameddine. There were 30 Team members for the Virginia Motorsports Park and two team manager, me and Marie Benfield. We rode and raced in Memory of the 32 Victims that lost their lives.

As they paraded the Champions in each age class and brought us to the Winner's Circle, our thoughts were with The Virginia Tech Hokies. We broke the rules...our team had 62 Racers, really 30... and each of us thought about the son, father, mother, daughter, boyfriend, girlfriend, heroes that were with us this weekend.

Our Team 1, also won the Team Championship, all ten received a miniature Gold Wally, too and we almost won second place on our Team 3.

Our motto was: We remember ! Our shirts said we will never forget any of them.

On June the 23RD my brother and I made it to the finals, going seven rounds. I would have won the entire event in IHRA Top, but I had a mechanical problem and my car slowed down too much. My brother on the other hand red lit in the final round, also giving the win to his opponent. I was still syked cause I took out some racers with 20-30 years experience.

Chelle wins two round, but goes out in the third round of the Super Chevy Show, Bonus Race. Then Chelle goes out in the 2nd round of the Super Chevy Show.
