Too nice.</p> <p>I raced back in the 80's at Giants Stadium.&nbsp; The problem is 1st the weather and fan turnout.&nbsp; Over 70 thousand in Atlanta and sold out.&nbsp; Giants stadium had less people than my High School Football game.&nbsp; </p> <p>Staying at a friends house, ( Thanks Allan and Mary Grace ) It was hard to decide where to ride.&nbsp; Meaning that there are over 20 tracks within 2 hours from his house.&nbsp; Not just race tracks but, places to ride.&nbsp; NY and NJ have to do something.&nbsp; Not sure we need more condo's ?&nbsp; </p> <p>Oh yeah, The Race.&nbsp; RC was a little off the pace but, not much.&nbsp; James triple triple double, was just nuts.&nbsp; He was doing it in practice.&nbsp; TV does no justice.&nbsp; Reed, well time to hang it out or just keep playing it safe.&nbsp; I don't think he is going for the title this year.&nbsp; He, like all of us are waiting for Bubba to crash.</p> <p>250f or Lites.&nbsp; What happened to Honda ?&nbsp; Tommy Hann or Billy L. That is the question.&nbsp; The kid from Canada is very good.&nbsp; Could be his title this year.&nbsp; Alessi, better luck at the outdoors. Dungy is real.</p>http://www.loopd.com/members/spmx43/blog.aspx?resourceId=ee72bc24-9a12-48ce-82ea-f9ee215db2d7Wed, 07 Mar 2007 06:19:26 GMT2006 MX events<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp; </p> <h3 style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: top; TEXT-ALIGN: center" align="center"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Pro MX 2006</font></h3> <p style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: top; TEXT-ALIGN: center" align="center">I went to 5 Pro events this year.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: top; TEXT-ALIGN: center" align="center"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"></font></o:p></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top; TEXT-ALIGN: center" align="center"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="4"><strong /><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p></o:p></span></font></font></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">Orlando, SX&nbsp; High Point, MX338, Unadilla, Broome-Tioga.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">Orlando, Where are the Suzuki spotters ?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">Bubba tripled this section in practice and no one told the RC camp about it.&nbsp; Bubba used it in the race and was gone. <o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top; TEXT-ALIGN: center" align="center"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">High Point National. <o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">RC`s crash in practice over whoop section, took him over 2 minutes to get up off ground. Did not say or show on tv broadcast. He`s a tough guy. James crash, well so far no one has taken the pressure of RC for 30 minutes. 2nd moto, No James, but RC almost crashed 5 or 6 times in the triple triple whoop section, feet off pegs, off the track one time. Not sure why he don`t slow down ? If you have never been or ridden the sand there, you must.&nbsp;&nbsp; A great battle, RC and James just pulled away from the field. ( except David Millsaps hung in there for a few )&nbsp; I got to ride the track this year at the local level and I never seen a track change so much from practice to race time.&nbsp; A flat wide open practice session to knee deep whoops at moto time.&nbsp; Another get off for James, well motor this time.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">Unadilla, no thrilla<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">James looked fast in practice and all had trouble in the back section uphill whoop section.&nbsp; The one Travis made famous on the last lap.&nbsp; I was there on the infield that year and he crashed at our feet.&nbsp; I could have picked his bike up, we were that close.&nbsp; What a shame.&nbsp;&nbsp; Bubba no show for moto 1 and got to watch a good ride by Tim Ferry.&nbsp; The 250f class was a see saw battle.&nbsp; To see RV rail outside lines around the track was awesome.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">Binghamton, Good bye<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; VERTICAL-ALIGN: top"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 5pt; COLOR: #333333; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">Sorry to see it go, but nothing we could do about it.&nbsp; Alessi blew it, RC threw it down and Bubba looked to play it safe.&nbsp; I'm going to miss Bubba's whips, The downhill triple and a friend who lives 20 minutes from the track.&nbsp; Going to need a reason to visit him now.&nbsp; Good luck Texas.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><font size="3">&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></font></span></p>http://www.loopd.com/members/spmx43/blog.aspx?resourceId=50e43da9-a9f5-47ed-ae33-759fe237cb10Wed, 31 Jan 2007 05:42:44 GMT
