My name is Clay Forenpohar im 15. I race a yamaha Blaster with a YZ250f motor and a Suzuki LTR 450. my favorite thing to do in life is race motocross on 4 wheels. it all started when I was 3 I got a dirtbike but of coarse I had the mindset of a quad rider so we got rid of the bike and got a quad. I just rode quads and snowmobiles till I was 12 when I competed in my first race at HRMC its all continued since.
In 2009 I race in 3 different series 2 for practice and one for the real deal. HRMC Horn Rapids Moto Cross is a local series I race in when we dont have any other races going on I race both quads here. WORCS World Offroad Racing Championship Series we go to around 2 or 3 of these per year and I race the 250 in this series. NWQN North West Quad Nationals in this series I race both quads for points and in the 250 A class im currently running 1st. in 450 production B im currently running 2nd. I am coming off an injury (broken hand) we actually cut my cast off 2 nights before NWQN round 4 the docter isnt real happy but thats ok. this summer we plan on going down to california for an ITP quadcross race just to see how it is we hope to race the entire series next year. in ITP I would run the LTR in 450 production INT. Tony from Whiplash sports is trying to get us a quad to ride over on the east coast for an AMA race we plan to do this once a year and hopefully in the future run the entire series.
I cross train in the winter by riding snowmobiles this my second favorite thing to do in life me my brother and dad go every weekend during the winter and somtimes play hooky during the week (lots of fun) me and my brother have really gotten into the freestyle aspect of it and plan on making a ramp this summer.
Thanks to Premier powersports, Elka Suspension, Sixsixone, Tag Metals, Pro armor, Night Mahre Spy Optics, DVS graphics, ASV levers, Amsoil, Steve Haun Adui Suzuki, and of coarse my Mom and Dad for there support and my dad for being the #1 machanic. and for writing the checks. without them none of this would be possible.
